    You're right, Chris Evans has made me a Cap fan when I never was before. I love his portrayal. I would actually argue all of the actors have made their comic book counterparts look better.

    Will we actually see any of that stuff? So far all vehicle combat we've seen is JJ "grounded" i.e. it shows the ground because JJ Abrams is shitty with metaphors.

    In theory I would agree but the choreography doesn't look great in that scene. Largely I just wonder what this means for the new Avengers team given that coming right off Age of Ultron the team is dividing along different "party" lines, for lack of a better term.

    Well, there weren't Flametroopers before. However, I think the new helmets for everybody (Minus the stormtroopers) look just as menacing now. I think the Snowtroopers in particular look more menacing than the original counterparts.

    Oh, I've seen that critter before. I didn't know if was new to other people. The only thing I'd be offended by is how terrible a design and implementation it is.

    I've never built more than an HG kit. Are the RG kits really that much more work, other than being more complex?

    But your example is way off base. I might not remember the shirt I wore on any given day when I was seven but I sure do remember when my Uncle Andy throttled my ass after I kept smacking him in the back of the head with my Nerf fencing sword. Barring actual mental degradation like Alzheimer's or Dementia people absolutely do remember the major events. Something as significant as allying with an Alien entity and nearly destroying the Earth would be far more memorable.

    Oh yeah, thanks for mentioning this. By the time the M&M 1J's arrived they had fixed the shoulder issues.

    My Miria probably has the thickest coating of tint on the canopy of all my VF-1's. It's not cracked at all but it looks a bit crinkled like it wasn't applied evenly.

    It's amazing how much of a hypocrite this doctor is. At times he's going to lecture the violent the most, but when Clara is in trouble he's the quickest to threaten someone.
