The Spider-man costume is oddly... cartoon looking, the eyes seem like they're actually a mechanical thing.- 445 replies

That was one of my nitpicks is that the cannons can't quite turn forwards all the way. Cool pic.

The CF SV-262 kinda looks like the Vic Viper from Gradius doesn't it? -
I don't give a crap about the head, I'm a sucker for a Gerwalk with a Radome.

Based on the test screenings this movie isn't Avengers 2.5, it's firmly set around Cap and Bucky.- 445 replies

People tend to only remember JK Simmons in his goofy roles but he's damn good at pulling off anything. He can pull off an excellent Jim Gordon, no doubt.

That's an awfully specific request.

The Knee joints on my Arcadia version is loose compared to my two Yamato's. Doesn't sound like anybody else has had much of a problem with that though.

I'm curious how this does or doesn't parallel the comics at this point.

For better or worse there is no difference.

I'm not that concerned with the height of the Destroids versus the VF's. If they were exactly the same size I wouldn't be bothered.

I hated 7 with a passion but I'm still reading as well.

Petrov makes a great point. We should keep a release list on the first page of this thread so people can easily keep up. There are A LOT of Hi-Metals coming up.

Looking at my own photo I'm thinking we really need a VF-14 sitting along these two.

LA sucks, it's another reason why I only want to ship by Fed Ex. They completely bypass LA customs.

Other than for posing climbing in and climbing out I still don't understand why anything actually needs to reside inside the Regult. You can't see it.

I do have pretty loose knee joints on my Arcadia version, not something I experienced with my two previous Yamato's. They're not so bad they flop if you hold it up but they certainly aren't able to hold the body up in Gerwalk. It sucks about the ankles, I don't have that issue. Where did you get it from? The ankles sound like a huge flaw. While there is a ball joint attachment way up high that isn't really how the mechanism works. There's a huge rotating disk lower in the foot that lets you rotate the feet up and down at some pretty incredible angles.

The "fan edit" is just to cut out all of the bad "nerd acting."

Did the VF-0 CF officially go on pre-order already?
-
The loose ankles are a first I've ever heard on the VF-4.

Yup, Harold Ramis Dan Akroyd and Bill Murray all played believable quirky guys. And Ernie Hudson was great as the straight man. The three "scientists" are playing "Hollywood Nerds" and the black girl is just playing the token black role.
