I could use one too.Now for the mini-review. Black Widow... Is a terrible figure. Poor shoulder design means she can't hold her arms straight forward. She can't point two guns out straight in front of her. She has a single jointed elbow that works okay. Her single jointed knee design is puzzling, odd and terrible looking and could have been done better with a double hinge hidden behind her knee pad. And her ankles are a full rotating ball joint, which should be good, but her funky heels make posing her with the rocket a bitch. Worst Marvel Figuarts by a wide mile. Her face-sculpt is bang-on Scarlette Johanssen though.

I think all of this new Star Wars crap is going up for pre-order on Force Friday.

I don't know, it took around 20 minutes for the 31 to finally sell out (yes it did, I pre-orderd mine at minute fifteen) and I'm not at all convinced Keith is any sort of big draw as a character. Maybe just because it's a new, unique Valk, but is that as big a thing for the Japanese (or anyone else on the planet) as it is for we few and insane Macross fanatics?

If you want some 6" BvS figures have you looked at the Mezco One:12 line? They look pretty good.Other than leaving out a maskless Kylo Hasbro dropped Rey, Finn, Poe and Kylo on Force Friday LONG before the crappy movie ever came out. The only thing that was missing was Rey with her lightsaber that came later. Otherwise they popped the heroes out quick and the Stormtroopers, etc came later. Besides other than Rey the rest of the heros look absolutely unremarkable in TFA and aren't interesting as figures at all.

Thanks for the heads up. I went with CDJapan because I had some points to redeem. I will point out they're both cheaper at CDJapan as well. DX Link - http://www.cdjapan.co.jp/product/NEOGDS-208616 Zelda - http://www.cdjapan.co.jp/product/NEOGDS-208618

Macross Δ (Delta) - Mission 26 -Finale - READ 1st POST
Mommar replied to azrael's topic in Movies and TV Series
I do not understand what the issue with this final episode really was. It was fine ending. The twelve episode leadup was difficult to watch but I think people are allowing that to cloud their judgement of the final episode, which on it's own is a fine episode. And the conclusion is fine as well. The whole series could easily be summed up, and fixed, in two movies. Certainly they wasted opportunities and it's confusing just what the hell happened, but this episode was fine. Also, Freya already has scales forming so she ain't living another fifteen years. Hayate could fly off with her for five/seven years then come back for Mirage and he'd still be in his twenties. -
To be honest I only collect their Star Wars and Marvel stuff but they've only done it once. Side view. This one is just like the VF-17. Simply no way to make it as sleek as in the show.

The problem is she won't be in scale with the rest of my Figuarts.

Nothing you'd find in a store... well, for sale. They're commercial cases. A collection of stores is going out of business in my town (around the country, really) so I got a great a deal on some large, lighted cabinets. It's definitely enough room for all of my Yamcadia/Bandai stuff. Probably not going to house my growing Marvel Legends/Figuarts collections though.

Leo and Donnie are both cool but also a pain in the ass. They left out the frigging leg pull-down mechanism again. Pretty necessary considering the shell sticks down in the front. It makes the leg articulation funky. Also, why bother with the ab crunch if you're going to make the shell on the back immobile? Adding insult to injury Revoltech already figured out how to make the shell move with the body on their turtles figures years ago. Looks like somebody finally figured out to fix the Stormtroopers who have practically the same problem. My single kneeling First Order Heavy Gunner suffers from weird hip syndrome because of this as well.

Macross Δ (Delta) - Mission 25 - READ 1st POST
Mommar replied to azrael's topic in Movies and TV Series
I knew it! I knew who gave her that damn player. Telegraphed from miles away. -
I still find it disappointing how few Gerwalk and Battroid shots there are in this book. It's like the very first VF-1 book where it was like they were almost trying to hide the fact the damn thing could transform at all.

I don't even care if the story is good or not. I just love the visuals.

Other than the one Yamato pack-in VF-1J from the orignal GBP Armor release not a single V.2 Yamato, V.2 Bandai or Hi-Metal of mine have yellowed.

SDF-1 would likely not be double the price. treatment is right, the VF-4G was actually a bit cheaper than the original release. A new 1/3000 SDF-1 would likely cost the same as the old one.
-
The reason why is because Millia isn't popular so they aren't going to make as many, therefore she will cost more. When Yamato made the Max and Millia 1J's those suckers sat around on shelves for a good long while.
