The 31A is due out in April. So have Messers super parts officially been released because the set I ordered from CDJapan show no signs of movement.

Well the VF-17's definitely have low-vis kite decals that scale with the smaller kites on the sides of the cockpit of the VF-1. Technically the VE-1 and VF-1S Low Vis both have the correct kite decals but good luck tracking those things down these days...

Daaaaaamn. I just went over release schedules for the figures I want over the course of the next six months. I'm averaging $550 a month on toys! And that isn't even taking into account whenever Hasbro decides to lob cases of Marvel Legends out into the market. -
While the regular stickers that came with the Fast Packs have no borders to trim I don't believe there's a single other release with the kite that doesn't have the border. I'll have to see which low vis decals will fit the VF-1 tonight.

My solution is to leave it in Fighter mode, it's the only mode it was ever in the entire show anyway.

You shouldn't have to trim those. There was never a clear border around the fast pack symbols like there are on some of the other decals.

Advice? Get a good screen protector. I got one of the Orzly Ultra Slim Tempered Glass Screen protectors and it's been great. Get a big memory card. At least 128 gb but if you can swing the cash for something like 256/512 go for it. If you plan to use the thing in portable a lot getting a decent carrying case and an extra AC adapter is really useful. And if you're planning to do a lot of gaming in the living room just get a Pro Controller. Not sure about Tekken. The Namco produced Pokken Tournament DX was re-released on the Switch so maybe Namco has some experience with the system but all I've heard so far was that the producer for Tekken said they were looking at the system but there was nothing definite. A lot of games are hitting the system now so maybe Third Parties will finally jump in hard and we'll see one. I'd love Tekken on the system personally. More games on the go is good.

I was thinking about it and except for the kite missing on the side of the super packs it makes a lot of sense to release both a regular and premium version of these Valks. In reality none of those extra markings exist on the versions in the animation. Some people would want the clean look. Others want the Tenjin-like marked up ones. Some will want something inbtween. It's about the best scenario to cover the most people, barring the nutty prices we're seeing now.

They call it the Joke m lee version because the Blue and yellow costume came back with him (which is color/nk thng anyway.) Revo is cool but he doesn't fit with ML or Mezco so he goes by himself on the video game shelf. Yes, Hasbro does this too and it's also a really good idea. Grand Admiral Thrawn for instance came with a throne room and artwork from various speci s he studied/conquered. The regular carded version came with a pistol and that was it. But at least you could get Thrawn.

Aren't the bodies all pretty much the same though? It's only the forearm weapons and color that really vary isn't it?

Mezco does this with their figures too. It's not perfect, some people were burned by the Jim Lee Wolverine release because they simply didn't produce enough, but people who went to New York Comic Con already have their toys. In the next three months the rest of us who pre-ordered at the website will receive theirs. I think a smarter method would have been to do the pre-orders plus ConExclusive, but wait and see how many numbers would come in on the pre-orders and arrange production after that. But for Jim Lee Wolverine that would be a HUGE chunk of the population of the planet. lol
