Because they're older figures. I wasn't even collecting Figuarts when they came out as the D-Arts versions five or six years ago. Even the Sentinel figures from the last two years are massively rare and expensive now. -
I wonder why only the cape of fabric. The under robe would benefit from being fabric. At the very least the bit from the belt down.

As somebody already pointed out Hayate's original Valk and Messers never were loaded out with the Reaction missiles and Bandai only Releases what's on screen.

At the very least Battroid looks good enough I bought a second one to pose with and without the SAP. If the other modes really move me I'll get some of the variants if they get made.

Just based on what I've seen here if Bandai or Arcadia tried this in 1/60 scale they'd both knock it out of the park.

If you watch the transformation video there appears to be some play in the upper torso and if it's pulled back the cockpit cover will pop up.

I wonder if the legs are only held in place by friction in fighter mode. None of the side shots look like the legs are in the same spot.

Those two images prove my first rule for HMR's, Battroid mode is always fun to pose. It was true of the VF-1's. Not sure if transforming or the other two modes are worth anything though. HMR are Parts-formers. Why should the gunpod have to fit?

Impressive color matching. Can we see it in the two other modes too? The YF-25 is also my personal favorite version of the 25, just ahead of the 25A. Everyone should own one IMO.

I didn't realize the Kite decals were different here. I tend to use curved eyelash scissors for rounded decals that have borders.

Yup. EVERY one of my packages shipped EMS goes through LA to New Mexico (yet another reason I prefer UPS or Fed Ex) and it's the worst customs I've ever experienced. I've had stuff sit there for two weeks, and as we approach Christmas it will get worse.
