Boy, Shapeways sure did a crap job printing my second set of underwing pylons. They're all bent. Any recommendations how to straighten them? Does the heat gun trick work or will that destroy the 3D printed plastic?

USPS has decided to ignore my request to redeliver Ray, twice. I hate USPS.

Max is my favorite character and his Q-Rau is absolutely not a grail piece to me. -
My solitary complaint about CDJ is they refuse to ship by anything but EMS if it isn’t a book or music and I hate dealing with my local post office. They can be a bit slow shipping out too.

Why, you want them to screw up another legacy character? -
Umm, tampo. Just tampo. And everyone has been complaining about how gaudy the tampo on the YF-19 is.

I have to say for the premium price they should have put all of the runners on.

This does not look like mine. I’ll have to put it under super bright lights and see if it was just the weak bulb I had last night.

My SDF-1 doesn’t seem to really glowat all. Could the fact it sat in high heat on the porch for six-ish hours affect it?
-
You know you want it. Just buy it.
-
So what's the recommended way to prep the finishing parts?
-
My SDF-1 was dropped off at my door. Hopefully it'll be there when I get home and it won't have melted. It is 91 degrees right now.

Only character they fleshed out? Who else was left, The Cul Obsidian? Literally EVERYBODY else in the movie already had their own films or featured in at least two previous. -
Disney or Comcast buys Fox or Fox wants to sell to someone

I don't know what to think about this. I don't really like Disney but I would really like for Marvel to be able to make good movies with their properties again. -
Oh shite! At $600 that’s no effing joke, man! Unfortunately NY is not known. For their customer service.

I have mentioned this several times now. If you've ordered a Japan-only item from BBTS you will have to wait at least a month after release before they will get it in.

Neither is better. The 171 is closer in “lineart” because it was based on a 3D model but it’s overengineered and isn’t fun to transform at all. The green cf ones have the auto-exploding shoulders. The Yamato is fatter than the lineart in fighter and the backpack sticks out from the back too far in Battroid (though this does make posing better). And it can be pokey when transforming thought if you can think ahead about where each part is going to go it’s manageable.

I’m just asking because I live in a desert and we’re lucky if humidy gets up towards double digits. Also, it’ll be in the 90’s by Tuesday.

Absolutely not. I paid ¥22,320 (cut and pasted from the order e-mail from HLJ) for the original 17S and the exchange rate was 75.83 yen to the dollar. Making this thing just barely sub $300, and well above with shipping. -
Why do i have to wait 24 hours for the primer to dry? That doesn’t have anything to do with most people around here living in humid climates is it?
-
So the idea is to prime these things while still on the sprues as much as possible?

Here’s a lineup of Figma Hulk, Marvel Legends Gladiator Hulk and the Figuarts Gladiator Hulk. Figuarts is tallest, ML is beefiest, Figma is the Shortest but probably best proportioned still. Figuarts Hulk has the best articulation by far, but it also has the unfortunate problem of hands that are so loose they barely hold the weapons and there's an odd insert for the wrists to keep the hands from drooping when holding the weapons that ends up making the hands extremely difficult to keep on the peg.
