I wonder if this one will be easier to pick up than others have been? It's not the most popular color and Chuck is barely a character in the show.
  3. Dang, between really slow distribution to BBTS and then a weather delay in Colorado I thought I was never going tonget my Mezco Ragnarok Thor.

It’s a 1/72 model kit but imagine a CF brownie release like this.
  5. Hasbro always managing to find a way to overcharge for a figure. Colossus had the same costume from Giant Sized until he joined the Acolytes in the 90’s. We need him twice for the 70’s/80’s team and the Gold Team.
  6. The Hot Rod Armor in the movies was just a slightly different paint job on the MK 3 War Machine armor. That’s not really the same thing as the kind of parts swapping that would be required to do this thing justice.
  7. This one and Spider-Punk have almost convinced me to buy a few Hot Toys.
  8. Funny, I just posed a Hulk versus wolverine figure for my shelf last night wondering when a classic Hulk v First Appearance Wolverine was going to show up. What do they mean by “comic” Colossus and “Comic” Juggernaut? Aren’t the ones we got already comic versions?
  9. It just means you're more likely to find that figure than any of the others at a store because more will be available. I'm going to disagree about Blink though.
  10. I guess that's what M Night Shyamalan is know for, right?
  11. I'm not a Hot Toys collector, but if I were... damn. That Frank Castle War Machine is awesome.
  12. Except the weight of the v2’s never made any difference to the durability of the toy. While they may have had customization in mind when considering amount of markings it being a “model” simply because they didn’t put in a bunch of unneccessary weight isn’t neccesarily accurate.
  13. This is not the Vanilla Ice Excuse. Except for a single solitary extra note at the end Ice Ice Baby is precisely the rhythm from Under Pressure. That's more than one or two notes/chords in progression. Because you are sometimes limited in your routes between notes and chords you are sometimes forced to follow two or three of the same progression before deviating. Case in point, Viva La Vida and that Steve Vai song. They both had to use the same three chords, after that the songs deviated. Steve Vai lost that case because for those particular chords you cannot deviate and therefore you also cannot claim to own it. You'd have to show that the majority of a melody or rhythm is the same, such as was the case with Vanilla Ice, in order to prove something was stolen. The case against Blurred Lines is more likely the angle here, that somehow style cannot be mimicked. And what a garbage ruling that was.
  14. A similar sounding "note" doesn't count as a copyright violation. There are only so many notes/chords one can use to make music. If the progression of notes/chords is different it doesn't matter how similar in tone they are.

Based in her costume she’s the least fleshed out.
  16. Sounds like someone has a crush...
  17. That's not the kind of luck I'd need.
