Here are a couple of pictures. The blue is still fairly tacky with all of this humidity. I mostly use Model Master Enamel paints. They seem to have the best paint selection for what I'm looking for. On the Oberth I used Dunkelblau and Lichtgrau. The MME German paints offered seem to have the color I'm usually looking for when painting anime kits.

Finally got to spray the Dark Blue yesterday. Hopefully it will dry in the next couple of days. Damn, this humidity.

Is this an anime or book series?

I still have the police patrol boat. Mine came with a red keel weight. It must be nice having the space to store that thing.

Thanks, the light gray does look good. I'm hoping to spray on the Darkblue coat today. Its fairly humid today and the gray coat from yesterday still has not completely dried yet.

Kevin Spacey did a great job as Lex. Over all the movie is pretty good. I'm diffently smelling a sequel.

I'm almost ready to start painting. I can't decide on light gray or white for the underside. Any ideas?

Keep in mind that the Dragon II was actually sent incomplete by Tanmen, missing the all the gear, wheel well detail, bay doors etc... and underwing stores as well. 409861[/snapback] You are right. Those of us that actually do have one should see what parts we have. Some of us might have parts that others are missing and could share for casting.

I'm in for a few of the tow vehicles, larger of course. Those are nice MechTech. How do you handle items that small? Do you use tweezers or do you use clamps?

The little bit of flash present was easy to clean up. One problem I came across was removing the excess from the antennas that attach to the engines. Be very very careful when doing this because it is quite fragile. I broke 2 of the 4 antennas. Now I need to clean the parts.

After seeing the posts of people wanting to see a build up I've decide to start the Oberth. The kit is well done with nice lines a few small bubbles. Here are a few pics of what you get.

Here is what I have finished so far. A couple of more figures to paint and I'll be finished.

MechTech, you should add a catapult system and launch vf1 fighters.

I'll diffently pick up extra vehicle sets. Think about adding a crane.

For the $15 price I did pick up an N-ger and the other mecha.

Sorry to here that. Like you I have picked something up as well but I started feeling bad Sunday night. I did pick up some more of your bases on Sunday. Love the work you do. Can't wait to see the 1/32 surprise.

Just received the Ghost kits and the print. The Ghost kit just got bumped to 2nd on the build list behind the Oberth.

I have never seen 1999. The ships are interesting thou.
