  1. Exactly, tell us how was it. If you have some photos or vids then it would be great if you could share them with us. Damn it, I'm so sad that I wasn't able to be there. It was a concert of my dreams and probably the only chance in life to see all my favorite performers on one stage. Oh well, life is brutal...
  2. I have almost completed my Alto's Messiah Valkyie but still have some minor things to do. And here I have a question regarding the landing gear of VF-25F. What color paint did you use for this parts? I would like to paint it but don't know which colors should I buy...
  3. Here are my questions: 1)I would like to ask whether the co-operation with Yoko Kanno is one of the easy tasks, whether is it possible to find a common language with her? Whether she takes into account your suggestions on the recording material or from the beginning to the end pushes it's vision, even in spite of the difficulties encountered in its implementation? 2) Which soundtrack was the most difficult / require the greatest effort in creating? And if there was such a, what were the problems? 3) How do you view of the fact that the well-known composer of music for anime, games, movies, commercials, etc. arrives to Poland to record it's works together with the Warsaw Philharmonic? I hope you all understand what I have written here because my english isn't very good. If I wrote something wrong , then amend me lol:
  4. That's great VFTF1. I have a little question about this interview, will it be available in a newspaper or magazine or is this just a personal initiative? Now the only thing is to think about some question.
  5. Ngee Khiong have some new pictures of the VF-25F Armored Messiah Valkyrie Alto's Unit: http://ngeekhiong.blogspot.com/2009/06/172...vf-25f-now.html More on Hobby search: http://www.1999.co.jp/eng/10089907
  6. Hope dies last, if not official DVD then maybe some of the fans will record the show with cameras or phones. It's better then nothing Anyway I wish all people who will be at this concert a great time and have fun.
  7. I completely agree with you about that, she's one big hottie on this picture.
  8. From what I have read on http://gabrielarobin.com, there will be no DVD from this concert. Here are the links to the posts about it : http://gabrielarobin.com/2241/a-little-mor...e-of-77-despair http://gabrielarobin.com/2173/kanno-guests-in-j-wave-platon But I still hope that there will be a DVD from this awesome concert...
  9. Thank for the advice. First I will learn how to paint on my already finished gunpla kits, I probably choose 1/100 Saviour since it have quite easy design and color scheme. Of course I could buy one of the Hasegawa kits but I don't know if I will be enough good to finish it properly...
  10. Yes, you are lucky man. Especially that from what I have read on http://gabrielarobin.com/ there will be no DVD from this concert
  11. Yes, she did music for Macross + btw. if you will know where she record this new CD then share the info with us ^^
  12. Thanks. I was thinking about buying "Super pack" and from what I see it would be good idea. Just like you have said it would resolve the problem with this area but still it's really shame that Bandai didn't provide better solution for this parts. The same goes about some of the decals that are quite bad quality or just don't cover entirely the area that they should cover...
  13. That's good, another great OST will be added to my collection. It would be nice to know where she is recording this new OST, maybe it's not so far from the place where I live ^^. That's what I wanted to hear, some new plots and interpretation of story. I didn't wanted to see again identical story but this time in the movie ver. The second subsection... It would be better if Sheryl wins, or the triangle stay open... Never enough new scenes with Sheryl. It is also good that we will know something more about the past of the characters since in the series they didn't tell much about that part of the characters life
  14. 1/72 Queadluun-Rea Klein Klan's Unit - September release, price TBA. http://ngeekhiong.blogspot.com/2009/06/gun...-from-this.html If this is true, then I have another plamo on my "buy list"
  15. This is great news, first 2 movies, then OVA and then for the 30th Anniversary we will have new TV series. Upcoming years will be very good for Macross fans ^^
  16. It's good to have some new info about this Macross F movie. To bad that it have been pushed back to November. I only hope that it will have some new animations and songs, not only those from the series. It would be also great if they could resolve the love triangler in this movie but I don't think that will happen... I don't think that Macross F was a retelling of older Macross series/movies, yes it have few familiar scenes and characters from older parts but it have also many new ideas. It's just like with gundam series, first was MSG and all later productions have borrowed some of the ideas from this anime (masket man and etc), but still they are not retelling the MSG but just use some of the ideas for its own new history.
  17. Excellent work nickster. All the details and paint job are made very good. I'm a totally amateur if it goes about macross models. Before I have collected only gundam models and if it goes about them, I only made panel lines and apply decals but when I see macross models from Hasegawa and works like this one from you or wm cheng I decided to finally buy airbrush and compressor and go "one level up" if it goes about work on model kits.
  18. Pre-order on HLJ: http://www.hlj.com/product/MDW67885
  19. Macross Frontier Archives from Hobby Japan: http://ngeekhiong.blogspot.com/2009/06/dx-...-19800-yen.html June release, 2,100 Yen Now I don't know, is this the same book that we have talked about in this topic or is this another one but this time from Hobby Japan... ?
  20. According to Rainbow10 Alto's version release date is set for 26 June.
  21. Thanks for the info.
  22. I just browsed the foobaraz site and found out reviews of Klan Klang and Sheryl premium prize figures from Banpresto. I'm not a big fan of figures/dolls and etc. but would love to have those two on my shelf. If I will be lucky enough and have some extra cash to spend on m&a goodies, then maybe I will buy Klan Klang in the upcoming months, ofc if I find her on ebay or other e-shops. Eh, other anime series have a lot of nice figures and from what I see on the hlj/hobbysearch Macross F don't have to many of them...
  23. Great news, another Macross F book and another thing on my "buy list" for the next month. Now I only have to wait for pre-order on HLJ, was there few seconds ago but this book wasn't on the list in the "future release" page. I have to agree with you guys about Megumi. She's probably the ideal women for any Macross fan... btw. Do you know some other shops than HLJ, that sell books from Macross and Gundam?
  24. That's good, one action base less to buy.
  25. Well, right now I only have VF-25F Alto Custom . Next I plan to buy VF-25G Michael Custom, then RVF-25 Luca Custom With Ghost and the last one will be Ozma unit. Alto or Michael Valkyrie will have super parts (I need to buy this pack asap ^^) and if it goes about Ozma then I wanted to have Armored ver. but dunno if I should wait and see if Bandai will not release armored parts separately just like it was with super parts. And yeah, Alto ver. have very nice color scheme and additional sniper rifle. Oh well, ultimately I can have two VF-25F one without any packs in fighter mode and another one in gerwalk or batroid mode... I think that the best option will be to buy first Michael and Luca units and then think about armored ver. With gundam kits it was a lot easier, you like Zeta gundam then you buy MG Zeta 2.0 and etc. Here you can buy valkyrie without any packs, with super parts and armored one. Eh choices, choices...
