Wasn't the power armor in the novel designed to cut off the limbs of the soldier if deemed necessary? I can see Blomkamp elaborate on that concept 😝- 1837 replies

Three episodes into "Paradise" (D+) and I like it a lot. Good writing & acting so far, and I could watch it for the cinematography & score alone. I hope it sticks the landing. -
@SteveTheFish Please share some photos of the kit.

Nice work so far – I'm still debating myself if it's easier to attach the wiring after painting the landing gear or to pick out the wires with paint after complete assembly. Maybe give the tires some sanding at the bottom, it really improves the look of the aircraft on the ground IMO.

It's one of those Luftwaffe '46 kits from Amusing Hobby, but it was actually conceptualized in 1944 and went through wind tunnel testing.

@Urashiman @MechTech I, too, was hooked on the Hughes after Magnum, but fortunately skipped the Revell kit and built the Kenyan Defender kit from Hasegawa in the 80s; still in my brush paint era. _ I love the race car profile of the HG Messerschmitt
