  1. Any Blassty lovers left? I just finished the great PLAMAX kit.
  2. I've been busy with the PLAMAX Cruise Chaser Blassty recently, and it's easily my favorite kit of the year. The engineering is great, and the design has been refined to perfection in countless iterations since it's inception in 1986. The kit has a pretty good size and brings a unique design language. Masahisa Suzuki's powerful lines have been skillfully captured in 3D. There's a kind of Miami Vice powerboat aesthetics going on, and I tried to enhance that with my coloring choices. Scale is about 1/144, and I was able to fit some figured in the cockpit. The impulse drive is a work of art in itself. The asymmetrical layout goes hard. Full speed ahead! And the completed ship: The whole thing can be transformed into a snazzy robot, but I was always more attracted to the Cruiser Form. Final frame inspired by the Manga:
  3. Just add some paint to the G.
  4. I'm sure he'll tackle it as soon as he finishes Klara and the Sun, The Ical, Flash Gordon and his untitled Star Wars movie...
  5. I'd still recommend watching R1 before Andor, since the closing shot of Andor is the perfect final note for the experince IMO. No, there was just someting in my eye...
  6. It's been a long time since I read the book, but I seem to remember the tone being much darker. This looks almost like a superhero movie.
  7. We still need Tekkaman Lance! Meanwhile, in the Linebarrel lineup:
  8. In case you want to see what the Kakizaki figure looks like: https://x.com/FUEN_FGO/status/1933488881464455573
  9. Honk if you want Badai to revive the RE/100 line.
  10. You did an amazing job on the cockpits, it's a great upgrade for the kit. It still dazzles me that Platz didn't deliver here, especially at the current price tag. The top color looks a little too light to me in your pics - here are the colors sheets from the animation studio:
  11. Awesome modeling & photography. The execution is just flawless.
  12. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gehlen_Organization Not saying that it should be done, but the material for a post-war spy thriller is right there IMO. What I found notable about Dedra's character is the the writers and Denise Gough's performance made her earn her triumphs as well as her downfall, which made the audience care for a figure that could have been a mere imperial goon in lesser hands. I found her dialogue with Syril's mom and her final confrontation with Luthen more entertaining than the majority of lightsaber duels.
