  1. @derex3592 just looking at that fiddly stuff makes me nervous. Erina has reached the painting stage:
  2. It is well-engineered for sure, but I'm suspicious if this is a recast of the Volks or WSC Twin tower.
  3. Don't throw away your old Imai kit:
  4. With the body armor, I see it as human-sized "Chappie" machine.
  5. How to peel potatoes in the Air Force: https://twitter.com/exoticaviation/status/1539018287945752578
  6. EVA Labor
  7. The J-35 is still a thing. Might go along nicely with the new carrier...
  8. I get the itch to re-watch Galactica 1980 to check if the writing was really worse than the recent Disney SW serials... Help me, Cassian Andor, you're our last hope.
  9. Now that you mention MiG, I can see it as a mix of an F-15 and the 1.44
  10. Welcome to the forum! Your kit looks awesome - I'm glad that there are still people keeping the Yukikaze flame alive.
  11. Another grail kit acquired: Erina of the Sky from Mika Akitaka's Galaxy Fraulein Yuna. @Urashiman I'm in the vicinity of Cologne
  12. AFAIK it's high density polyurethane foam.
  13. Interesting, I wonder if it is fit that way to have some degree of caster (Nachlauf) or to prevent the gear from collapsing to the back in case of failure. I guess you won't see that on a carrier bird.
  14. I think that song was "Wuthering Heights" from her 1977 debut. In my musical world, Kate Bush was huge, her albums felt like good books.
  15. Meet the new crew member, Jamie, head of Productivity Disruption & demolition specialist. Security clearance for the workbench is pending, though...
  16. @Urashiman I know the forward landing gear strut angle is canon, but structurally, it doesn't make sense to me. Is there any real world example of this?
  17. It's looking great already, I like the shape of the nose.
  18. Ranka in progress
  19. I like the concept, and the direction of "Cloverfield Lane" was pretty competent (though I didn't like the ending...), so I will watch this.
  20. @Rock See, no problems with the Plamax stickers if you bury them under a ton of urethane... _ Nice and clean:
  21. Excellent work! It's really nice to see these build. Great photography, too.
