  1. The plot is of course ridiculous, but gets an easy pass from me – once things are rolling, it never gets boring. Good actors, the cinematography is great, especially for a streaming movie, and the fight in the car is awesome. Director Jaume Collet-Serra's backlog is not too shabby, too.
  2. There's a new Delta in town.
  3. 2025 is already a good year – with a new 35 cm Brunhild kit coming from Kotobukiya.
  4. The franchise that David Corenswet actually wants to be in:
  5. It works perfectly. To be fair, the Godzilla teaser already was heading in the right direction.
  6. Humbrol Liquid Poly also works on ABS & cures pretty quick.
  7. Hasegawa, Baby! 😄
  8. @derex3592 Looks like another impressive display piece in the making! _ Worm masking & gouache panel lines going on at my Corsair II: Can you believe the mold is over 30 years old?
  9. I thought Alex Garland was done with moviemaking? Looks pretty intense.
  10. Yamashita illustrates the development himself:
  11. The extra parts were shown back in August.
  12. In the front view you can see that the green version (Viralgo or Largo's machine) has a different head ornament.
  13. You can't get the inner part of the mold in an undivided outer mold (unless you divide the inner part...).
  14. Well, that was disappointing. I made it throught the first three episodes, and while it looks pretty impressive, from the scenery to the tech to the costumes, the writing is abysmal. Each dialogue is either exposition or the characters literally spelling out the plot in each other's faces. So your basic fanfic-level Sci-Fi. At least the Acolyte had Manny Jacinto.
  15. Though I found his remake of "Suspiria" somewhat lackluster, Guadagninos is one of the most interesting contemporary directors IMO. "Call me by your name" and "Challengers" are masterpieces. Looking forward to see this adaption, especially with Butler in the lead.
  16. Too little daylight to finish the Corsair, so I started the Airfix Fairey Gannet. This is not your Dad's Airfix anymore, btw. The engineering is perfect, details in abundance, and a thoroughly enjoyable build so far. Now I just need to get some depleted Uranium to meet the nose weight requirements...
  17. While I would enjoy Rebecca Fergusson just reading a phonebook, I found the writing of Silo rather pedestrian, and the already thin plot felt stretched over the season. Is S2 any better so far?
