    Since you already have access to a very good mesh, maybe it would help to produce some juicy visuals. That usually helps a lot in firing up people's appetite. Put the model on a (virtual) desktop next to a coke can so everyone can get an idea of what they'll eventually get.

    One of my favourite starship designs. And I agree that it's expensive, or it should be a lot bigger. I have the old 1/500 Takara kit and it's about 26 cm!

    I'd like to hear why you think "Electric Sheep" is better than "Blade Runner". I read quite some of Dick's work, and while there are brilliant gems, I found "Electric Sheep" to be a mess.

    Excellent choice of colors, we need more of these "real" looking VF-25s. The subtle shading looks phantastic. You should have gone all the way and cut the mis-matching colors from the decals. Looking forward to see bigger pics.

    It's a resin garage kit, non-transforming and unarticulated. It just sits there and looks awesome.

    Speaking of fly-bys and 'sploding stuff, the remake of Dam Busters is off the ground again. It also seems that Tron 2.0 was not canned, but practical shooting nears completion. He will also helm the "Run, Logan, Run" remake - is it that these young directors are only there to work off the marketing guy's checklist?

    August 19th. I hope the PAK FA does not turn out to be a carbon copy of the Raptor.

    Little progress so far - I puttied the underside and redraw the missile bay doors. I have to correct some of the edges of the puttied area where the MoriMori crumbled off. To align the engines flush with the back of the fuselage I had to cut the alignment blocks a bit. A small gap remained which was filled slowly with Mr. Dissolved Putty. Chris - I will paint it in the "normal" style - the crazy camo is a bit much even for me. WMCheng - the pilot fits under the canopy just fine. I even managed to eliminate the gap with the help of a hairdyer and a small vice. Oh and I got my F/A-27 today
