This is looking better and better. I agree that they need to keep Frank Miller away from directing. He's also gotten crazier in his old age.

So did anyone else pick up the 3A Rex besides me? I'd post pictures but he's gi-normous and I don't have any space right now. I took him out of the box briefly to check QC and ogle the details but he's back in the box for storage for the time being. Very happy I got him and he's pretty much the largest Mech I own now. The paint and weathering are top notch as usual from 3A. He's a happy dinosaur and I love him

Seeing those pictures makes me wish Bandai did all of these with the matte plastic rather than the glossy that we got. Ah well, I can keep pining away for Yamato to get a crack at them in 20 years -

^^^^efb This exactly! If they were ball joints, the limitation should be where the ball actually meets the strut. Instead, we have a more oblong "ball." Gerwalk is not my favorite mode but the design of this joint...me no likey

Hold out for the one with the face from the illustration. Might as well get the one you really want... Any reason why it's $150 more though? Just more popular, I guess? Limited?

I think you're way off base but I'm not a brony myself. The only thing I can identify with is something I stated earlier about wanting to check out shows and films that have the same or similar pedigree of creators and artists (shows like PPG, Foster's, Dexter's Lab, etc). I'm completely uninterested in the other minor draws such as furries, moe, etc. -
I actually haven't opened the rear wheel wells on mine so thanks for those pics I'll go in for a closer inspection this weekend.

They do have USB ports that you can save stuff on. Cloud storage exists as well but you gotta shell out for PSN to access it...

I'm of the opposite opinion on this one. I like having a full game on disc the first time I buy it. Unfortunately the times have changed and micropayments and dlc have become the norm because they know they can make more money off us that way. More Valks would be sweet though...

Megaroad sounds like a dumb name for a ship so I'd use SDF-1 or Macross too if I was inclined to sticker up my Valk. Valhalla also would be a good name. Capt. xrentonx of the famed Skull Squadron does not dock his airplane at a "Megaroad". :)/>/>

Very nice! Mine came in over the weekend and all I got to do was inspect it for QC issues (of which there are nada). I knew I should've gotten a second set for my other one. It's very pretty armor and I'll find the time to play dress up with my war machine later, I hope.
