    I'm not sure I'll spring for the EMS on this one. I usually do because I think the less time it spends in transit the better but I might risk the slow boat for Luca.

    Yeah, thanks for that list. I'm also a guy who knows jack shi*t about Gundam! I only see designs of bots I like and I'd buy them on that alone. Digging a little deeper when I have time would be nice. Where does 0083 fit into all that? I remember some bots from 0083 that looked really cool...

    For small businesses, cash flow can be very crippling. If their own customers don't pay up, it makes it that much more difficult to pay their distributors for product. If we do see more places making us pay up front for a preorder, I hope people don't act surprised. In the end, that's the way the market works.

    Ever notice the only reason you get called out is because plenty of people here see very similar posts from you again and again? It might help if you were less snarky or you changed your tone at least a little. You'll have more people jumping on your cause. Really, we don't mind that people are unhappy with stuff but they also have a lot of positives to bring when they post. I apologize for not taking this thread more seriously but how about dialing back on the name calling to other members? You seem to have a very short fuse for no reason is all I'm saying. I honestly remember the first few times you posted here and I've said the same thing then.

    This thing is actually growing on me and I may keep my preorder yet! I'd prefer the big logo and everything else to be tampoed and the rest of the small show logos as stickers/decals though.

    I'm going to join you in playing it safe by paying for my preorder tonight (NY)! I don't often cancel preorders anyway. If people are able to find it at a lower price on release then all the better.

    Yeah, that's the one I got Getting back on topic, I'll eventually accept KS as the new Snake but, like a lot of people, I can't help but feel something is amiss given all the Twitter activity. I'm still carrying that torch for Hayter until I'm certain.

    You're not alone in owning all those releases, man. I do the same thing when it comes to MGS...even for systems I do not yet own! I got me a ThreeA Rex sitting in the box all minty fresh because I do not yet have the space for it. My MGS addiction is almost as bad as my Macross addiction

    We have tons of Valks in all the colors of the rainbow. More plain grey would be nice.

    It's not even that I was an actively destructive kid. A little careless maybe but I wasn't slamming my toys together or throwing them around. The Jetfire, durable as it was, had a few design issues that made some parts more fragile than others...namely the tabs that held much of the Super parts to the Valk itself. They were pretty flimsy. If you baby that stuff now as an adult...sure it's all good. But as a kid, these parts did not take well to my play as non-abusive as it was. Nostalgia clouds the mind sometimes. It's still a fun toy though. Not gonna go out of my way to hunt it down as much as I like it.

    I owned a Jetfire when I was a kid. I posted about it in another thread but my nostalgia stems from the design of the actual VF-1 itself. I still get that "pang" in the pit of my stomache when I see a beautiful rendition of it. That said I played with my Jetfire enough that the arms came off. I remember my dad having to fix it a few times for me. Durable...sure. Indestructible? No way!

    Preordered for the snappy-fun-good-times of the build too Love Yamato but I got some extra cash to throw over yonder to see what it's like.

    Just got my payment request too! Gonna keep the order with NY anyway even with the recent price shenanigans. I've gotten this far and I'm not gonna risk it. I'll pay up in a couple days once my new billing period hits on my card.
