My number one requires no thought at all. Number 2 and 3 were a little harder (because there are so many great ones): 1) VF-1S Strike DYRL (Focker) - as if there was any doubt! VF-1 is the most iconic period! By extension the VF-0S is also great but it's the same thing. Focker colors because they are legendary. When I think of Macross, I think of Skull one and when I think of Skull one, I think of the grizzled vet dying and handing down his plane to his protégé. In my opinion, the only bad thing about DYRL was that they didn't just give Hikaru Roy's colors for the end sequence because that would've made it even more badass. 2) YF-19 - forward swept wing design in Macross? HELL YEAH! 3) VF-25S (Super Packs and Armored; Ozma colors) - the 25 is iconic for the new generation and you can see the similarities in the 27, 29, 30, etc all stemming from the 25. Ozma...because Roy (sorry, I got a thing for Roy) Honorable mentions: VF-4, VF-2SS, and YF-21

Never been a fan of the FZs. I would consider a Plus version of the Vampire...maybe...but cone-heads have never stuck a chord with me.

Yeah...down with console exclusives Got no interest in xbone. It'll eventuality be released for all consoles but I like my bits and bytes on a disc! The less dlc the better.

I really wanted one of these until the issues came up years ago. Kinda sad but I got enough to worry about without adding yearly Valk inspection to the list. I hope those who have one never see the paint problem come up though.

I thought I would be grossed out by this scheme since I usually don't like schemes with too many clashing colors (don't like Angelbirds) but this one honestly looks a lot better in hand. I was worried that I'd hate it. It's probably because it uses so much black in it...

A non-zero percent chance of paint stripping, no matter how small, is a gamble I am personally not willing to take with my prized and well looked after collection. YMMV, though

Mine shipped Monday from NY so It'll be a couple weeks for me. Got myself two sets of ghost packs Looking at the pictures, it looks like Bandai redesigned the stand connection points on the ghosts to NOT be those ugly big honkin' circular pegs?
