I agree! It's a very underrated game (Front Mission 3, I mean). FM3 was my first introduction to this series too and I enjoyed it. I don't believe I ever finished it but I got pretty far. I should pull out my disc and replay it sometime and finish it... I have FM4 squirreled away somewhere too. Was FM5 never released in English? I love the designs of the Wanzers (Zenith, in particular). I think I have a few of the ArtFX toys they released way back when sitting in a box at my parents house.

Yeah, I here ya. It's just funny to me when people say that it should be cheaper because it's not transformable when it should be more about the parts count from the molds and other factors.

Lower development/engineering cost maybe but "cheap because not transformable" depends on the part count for the molds, right?

As cool as those pictures look, count me as a "naahh" on a 1/60. There's just other stuff I'd want them to concentrate on and make first over this and the effort they put in wouldn't be worth it, I think.

Makes sense. Doubtful most shipping software will have two seperate fields for "declared value" and "declared lower value for skirting local tax laws." Be careful when you ask them to declare the value lower because if something goes wrong, you'll be out a lot of money...at the very least it'll be a huge hassle.

Yeah, the ball-joints are an eye-sore. Every time I see them it takes me out and I wonder how the hell the thing propels itself with ankles that thin. Just put in swivels like the VF-1 ffs! Edit: ...or hide them better if they have to be ball-joints at all. At the very least redesign the things and don't just use the awful VF-19 ones.

Nope! The reprint is past 50 issues now heading into a run of 80 issues I think (that's 30 more issues than the first printing). I have them all so far AND I own the first run of 50 issues too. I'm either a dedicated fan or I may have a hole in my head!

I would consider a release in the Robot Damashii line! Simple, nice quality, low cost, low price, and hopefully looks nice!

It feels like all Regult toys are set up to fail though don't it? We got gummy Revoltechs (actually pretty nice but I skipped them). We got expensive Yamato kits. We got Toynami releases that didn't do well because HELLO! TOYNAMI!

1/60 scale...really $$$$$! Smaller scale...ehhhh. Any Regult release for me..."not too excited so I'll wait for a sale." The toy company sees this and goes,"we're not gonna try that again!"

A lot of the toy releases of Regults tend to languish on shelves... It's unfortunate but they just aren't as popular as you would think.

Really awesome Regult builds aside, no way am I gonna buy one at that price (unless I'm rich and can afford the space). I like the thing but not that much to actually seek one out. I'll live vicariously through people who build them up. Arcadia/Yamato are just making a smart business move. If the Regult was as iconic (not saying it isn't memorable) then people would pony up the cash for it.

How about the pre-renewal Valks? Those didn't retain their inflated value. Honestly, unless you're some scalper, the value I would hope you get is not monetary...
