Been sold on this since it was announced. It's my mission to own a legit copy of all Macross shows on Bluray. From all the downloading I did when I was younger, I owe them that much

I missed paying for my preorder at NY for the CF 25A Supers by a few hours and NY cancelled just that order. I had to reorder them afterward. Luckily I still got them. They DIDN'T cancel my account though but I had like 10 other preorders with them at the time. Your mileage may vary but they didn't boot my account out the door if that's what your wondering Edit: Nice to hear you got your refund too! Justice the proper way

Yep! I still ended up paying for three of them anyway...plus I have quite a few preorders for Macross stuff so they're lenient when the business is pretty good, I guess?

They cancelled my original order when I was a few hours late paying so I had to reorder with them. Just got word mine shipped too!

I was probably one of the first to snag one with CDJ. I tried for a second on NY but funny thing happened...the order went through but a few seconds after I got the email confirmation, it auto-cancelled my order. What the hell, NY? I probably got cart jacked but it's weird I got an order confirmation in the first place... Anyway, I got one so I'm just lookin for my number two

Secret himetal thread spotted! ...but seriously, I love Bandai...it's just that my heart belongs to another who makes most of my Macross fantasies come true!

I just go very slow and deliberate making sure there's minimal rubbing on the painted parts. I've managed to be scratch free on the majority of Valks I own so its definitely possible.

Got around to playing with my second 19 and had one more thing I forgot to mention...I love the gun but don't much care for the way they designed the gun-collapse-and-stow gimmick. Unless I'm mistaken, once you stow the handle, the only way to slide the gun stock back in is by stressing the plastic of the stock around the handle/grip. I don't like that at all. Looks like I won't be doing that often, if at all. Good thing I have two! Other than that, I noticed the hips on my second one could use a little tightening so I'll play with the screws a bit. Managed to transform her with no paint scratches at all. Just be mindful and aware of where everything rubs together.

Yeah don't listen to those guys. Even the guys throwin around the hate would admit the Arcadia is better (their complaints are of the nitpicky kind anyway). I own both versions.

Nah nothing here pisses me off Like I said, maybe he doesn't have any himetals. I'd rather a review be focused rather than delving into "what ifs" anyway. I think discussing a himetal prototype falls into that category and would just result in a rambling and messy review.

I'm saying that the reviewer doesn't need to include speculation on a himetal yf-19. It was never released. Maybe he doesn't own any himetals. If he does, sure, it might be interesting to read. But a review that includes speculation about a yf-19 himetal that doesn't exist in his collection? That pretty much falls out of his scope I would think.

I think the review is just fine. My post earlier was about speculating about a YF-19 himetal that was never released in the review itself as was suggested.

Don't think that's necessary surely both sides of the aisle can handle contrary opinions, I would hope. No need for hug threads here Also what does speculating about a Bandai product that doesn't exist bring to the table for the CollectionDX review? There's no reason to include that in the review of an Arcadia product that's actually released. :/
