    Count me as a fan of wing backpacks too. I like to extend the wings out sometimes...like I do with VF-1s. Not a fan of the way the VF-9 envelopes the body. It's all about backpacks, capes, and hip scabbards, son!

    Oy...now I've got my finger on the cancel button... Anyone know if the Japanese box set released fairly recently is unfuc*ked with? I'll deal with no-subs if this is the case. I can work around that.

    Hmm...yeah, I'm gonna have to do some research. I've been out of the loop on Cowboy Bebop releases for years... Edit: I care about cut content and video quality more than the remixed audio. Looks like I got some reading to do on Reddit (damn, I hate Reddit )

    I've had that Bebop preordered for a couple weeks now. Had the original box set on DVD for ages so I'm not too bothered about the audio (yet). I'll have to look into it more though.

    Nah...just because we disagree doesn't mean we can't be critical of Yamarcadia. To put perspective on this evolution thing, Bandai only really do anything with Frontier. At best Frontier has like two or three Valks that have significantly different transformation schemes. As a result, I think their progression is pretty stagnant to be honest. The sample size is too small, I think. It's all good stuff to me but nothing mind blowing. Edit: need to transform my 30s this weekend so maybe I'll end up changing my mind

    I like Kawamori's tail design (it looks nice to me) but Bandai's implementation is flappy. They could've added detents or something, I guess.

    Wait...we talkin about Yamato or Bandai here? Attention in that we've had more variety through Yamarcadia than any toy manufacturer who does Macross so far.

    I've got every single Bandai release (doubles/triples on everything) since they started the renewal game (lots of sleepless nights ). They got a ways to go before they surpass Yamarcadia in my eyes. If they gave the same level of attention as Gundam (fat chance), we'd be getting somewheres...

    THIS! ...otherwise I love both of mine and I rank it well above Alto's. Keep in mind I have a very heavy bias towards Focker and Ozma though. They could release a mediocre Focker/Ozma and I'd eat that shi*t right up!
