Yeah...that's not happening. Maybe the prerequisite for a Regult pilot is contortionism . Oh well, now I can paint my T-Rex figure without having to worry about scratching it up getting him in and out of the thing. Looks like EXO's gonna have at least a few orders for his Zentradi figure (put me down for 1).

I've been in contact with HLJ since I ordered 2 of them. They've confirmed multiple times that it's 1/48. Unfortunately, when I put my order in they were already on backorder. Then the status changed to "Low Stock", but apparently they only got one set in, and it was already spoken for. Their rep. says that with patience my order should eventually be filled, but now the status has changed to "Discontinued", so I'm not too sure. I'll let you all know when I hear back from HLJ.

That's great news! I'm glad HLJ was so prompt in rectifying your situation. I'd also like to report that my Regult came with all parts accounted for. So far, so good. I can't wait to start seeing these things assembled and painted up. Unfortunately, I'll have to wait until early next year to see mine done. I can already tell the suspense is gonna drive me crazy. Nice, EXO! That thing is gonna look sweet all painted up. It's too bad mine has that air bubble. It looks like it's gonna be quite visible by the look of your assembled figure.

I just got mine in today as well. I haven't opened it up yet, but I will tomorrow. I've gotta check if I have any missing parts (the 1/2000 SDF-1 Kurt did came with two of the same hand). I really hope the soldier fits, but I don't have high hopes after what Maiden Japan posted .

HLJ sent me a receipt for my Regult earlier today, and I just received a shipping notification. Did anybody else's ship out today?

That's a bummer. All that detail and the figure won't even fit inside...it's the whole reason I got the T-Rex figure. Oh well, hopefully EXO's Zentran figure will fit when he's all finished with it.

I just got the re-issue of the YF-19 in the original paint scheme, but I haven't had a chance to check it out yet. Does anyone know if Yamato made improvements on it like those found on the DN and BoP?

Hmmm...interesting. So, I'll reiterate, does anyone know if the latest re-release of the Hikaru DYRL VF-1A and VF-1S have the new hip and lack the rainbow tint?

If I'm not mistaken, they made the hip locking mechanism a lot like the 1/48. Apparently people were having issues with it, and even some breakages. Instead of having to slide the hip bar up into the crotch, now all you have to do is drop it in and close the cover.

For sure, I totally understand. I was just pointing out that, although it's a helpful tool, Hobby Search and it's extensive pictures doesn't always show the most current release.
