I'd have to agree with you there. I wish more online sites had a return/exchange policy anywhere near HLJ's.

That would be my suggestion...I feel for ya' bro. It's really disappointing that AmiAmi isn't willing to help out like HLJ does. It's that very reason why I make ALL my Yamato purchases through HLJ. Furthermore, although their preorder prices are higher than AmiAmi, they usually charge less for shipping, which makes their prices comparable when all is said and done. It's hard to put a price tag on peace of mind.

I tried, but it will only let me update my billing and shipping address from the account page. It also says that if I want to change my email address I'll need to contact them, so I did just that. At least I got my PayPal receipt...

You're absolutely right. Sorry, in that particular screengrab it just looks like shading, but it's pretty apparent while watching the footage.
