I wish HLJ's price was closer to AmiAmi and Hobby Search, but I guess that's the price to pay for peace of mind if something goes wrong with these releases. Has anyone ever had experience with AmiAmi or Hobby Search's customer service? Are they as good as HLJ when it comes to replacement parts or item exchange?

I passed on a pre-order from Nippon-Yasan, not because of the price, but because they had the pre-order window open for such a long period of time, and I'd hate to get burned. Luckily I scored a pre-order with Anime Export and Otacute, so I should be in the clear (I hope ).

Crap! I was gonna pick up a second one of these, but it looks like they'll be releasing around the same time as the 30th Anniversary DYRL valks. I don't know if I can swing 6 VF-1s in one purchase without the wife noticing...
