Thanks for the info, Gakken85. I have the darn thing literally feet from me, but it's still in the box, so I keep forgetting I have a black Valk in the collection

That does look pretty sweet. Sorry if this is a dumb question, but which Valk came with black option parts?

Okay, that's what I thought. I knew about the different iterations, but was sorta lumping them all together with the word "V2". In that sense, I wouldn't call the Arcadia version an "improvement" over Yamato's efforts. Does Arcadia have anywhere close to the tampo detail that Yamato's 2.2 had?

In what ways are the Arcadia VF-1s improved over the Yamato V2s?

Looking great!

I haven't picked up one of these yet, but they look awesome, and you can't beat the customer support, thanks to ChaoticYeti's feedback. Will the long arm options work inside a Detolf?
-
Are you referring to the Hi-Metal R line, jenius?

The best I could find for now is from the MacrossWorld Models archive... http://www.macrossworld.com/macross/models/hasegawa/haseoptiondecals/Has_ModelGraphic_Option.jpg

I'd gladly buy all 3 SV-51s again if it meant getting an updated version that wasn't so floptacular

You are a godsend valhary!

Deleted I should really read these threads more carefully before I ask a question... Does the Max DYRL 1A have a flip-style box?
-
They look to be clips that cover the standard feet à la Yamato/Arcadia 1/60 V2 Armored Valk.I wonder if they'll incorporate the collapsible fin like Yamato/Arcadia did to get a sleeker leg armor. Need more info on these

I for one am looking forward to a line that has a decent Valk and some baddies to go with them.

Mine is the first one at the top. PM me for more source material.

Check your PM valhary

Hey valhary, this is amazing! Do you have a completed example of the MG Moon Act on a Yammie 1/60 V2? Also, have you made decals for the Paris Act as well?

+1

Crap...forgot about that. Thanks for setting me straight

That was my solution for matching the three 1As from Skull Squadron as well

Impressive, but I think Kicker's smokes this guy's collection

Thanks for the info xrentonx It's been a while since I've messed with my Yamato Zero Valks, but was there anything inherently wrong with their ankle mechanism (granted, they wouldn't have the range of motion a ball joint would)? There's just something reassuring about a clicking mechanism.
