Just sitting over here waiting for someone to give the legs a good yank and see the resulting pics..... I wouldn't mind having the Roy..but NOT until I hear about 100% QC on the leg issue when I'm dropping this kind of coin.

yes! They were! Now I need to get the BB-8 kit, which happens to be coming soon bundled with another R2 which is fine with me, there's a couple of things I want to do different on my next R2. Here's a few pics of the finished product, the BB-8 box front and my next project I think I'm gonna tackle.

Saw the movie twice today. First in IMAX 3D and then on a 2D IMAX dome screen. Wow....LOL..that's a lot of Star Wars! I'm not a huge fan of 3D, but it wasn't bad. Some scenes were cool in 3D. I can't really recommended the dome IMAX..its just too big and stretched out. I'm glad I went to the normal one first. Personally I think normal IMAX 2D is the best way to go. Moving on to my two cents...I really liked it. It's Star Wars through and through. It's not completely perfect, I agree with most of the nit picky points discussed prior to this post, but it has enough emotion and new good new stuff along with good action to satisfy most. Thumbs up here. I'll be there for Episode 8.

1:48 F-14A Tomcat - Macross Zero - Shin Kudo custom
derex3592 replied to spanner's topic in Model kits
I had that Testor's 1:48 Tomcat "Black Bunny" as a teenager. It was super cool. Wings were fully adjustable and when you moved them, the front small ones deployed and retracted. I think I have some pics of it somewhere on my pc. -

As someone who grew up with GI from day one, I actually loved the original animated movie. It's dark and well written. I loved it as a kid and I still love it today.

Boxes arrived yesterday!!! Merry early Xmas to me -- Thundercracker is in route, I guess I should have asked here if the Wal Mart/Toys R Us Skywarp/Thundercracker were the Ver 1 seekers, not like the Starscream, I got, which was MP-11 and is a much better mold. Oh well..they still look good in fighter mode, and didn't cost me an arm and a leg like the MP-11 re-releases would have. What bums me out more is that my brand new MP-10 came with a slightly bent head antenna laser thing.- 17852 replies
