Enjoying my" Mospeada complete artworks book 2009",the size of a comic book, and as thick as a graphic novel!! A nice keepsake and reference, and has inspired some new pose,s for my Beagle!!
-
Just ordered my 2 copies from hlj.com ,in the last couple of days the art book has gone from backordered to low stock ,and back to backordered...I guess that,s a good sign that it,s selling well (atleast from hlj anyway).

Whats the average price for this book? How many pages does it have? Is it a hard or soft cover?(with or without dust cover jacket?) Does it come shrink wrapped? Does it have new art like the cover? THANX.

the WF 2009 saddle bags for the Beagle look great!!! (painted/moulded? dark green) Anyone got the word these..as in are they only on sale or display at the festival ,or ending up on online store,s to buy??? I,m gonna go ahead and get me some Ray Beagles before they go.it would be great if these saddle bags became available to compliment this dead line,it would help soften the blow alittle!!

True that, I guess we can hope that this Robotech movie gets made to capture the wallets of gen y & z ,we can bitch along the way ,but it could be a means to an end ,hopefully toy engineering will be more cost effective in a few yrs with techknowledgy and we could see an even better ride armor for a affordable price range and we could have the buying power of younger generations to see an entire line being made!
-
I just hope that future companies aren,t scared off by touching the Mospeada franchise from this current situation, in the next 20-30yrs as generation x starts dieing off from the aging process + disease etc there,ll be an even smaller niche market to sell to ,unless it,s gets remade somehow ( all I ask is they stay with the f#*kin, lineart).Alot of people like, alot of people can,t afford it, perhaps in a few yrs if/when we recover from this economy maybe someone will have the insight to try again and exploit gen xer,s while we,re still healthy alive and kickin,.

When both Beagles sell out ,the after market will increase for sure, but will it level off at some point because the line only includes Stick + Ray ,or will it just keep on climbing.??? Hopefully there,ll be a poll or list of people who could afford it right now, including people who can,t afford it now ,but will invest in it at some point, a time capsule for futures companies perhaps...yeah I know I,m dreaming, but it,s nice to.!! I wonder how this has/will effect this "Mospeada book" that,s mean,t to come out ,we haven,t heard much,I hope the same fate eludes that book!!!!

OK cool, thanx Save ,sorry I miss understood!! I don,t know if it,s wishfull thinking or not,but do you think it might be possible Beagle will still release Houquet as they,ve come this far with the prototype, and then call it quits after they,ve released her ?,it seems that they,re half way there, or is it too much of an expense to put her through final production ?
-
Yes a great toy released at the wrong time!!! Perhaps even in the wrong order ,maybe if Beagle had released Houquet second, sales might have been enough to keep the line going (atleast for a third release perhaps),I guess sales for the Ray might pick up now,if Ray sells out and the line doesn,t continue ,are we to assume that nothing could have saved it anyway in these economic times?? And if Ray does sell out ,and still faced with a dead-end toy line- I guess we can put to rest the idea(atleast in this circumstance)that it,s the toy collector,s fault for waiting for the sale.I just don,t like the link refering to my post ,as if I,m to blame
