    Bandai DX VF-31

Technically, the Super Packs first appeared on Chuck's VF-31E shown from a distance in eps 0.89 & 1
  2. Haven't seen the episode yet, will watch the sub tonight. But a couple of questions:
  3. Ok, so I'm confused now. Will the markings on the Delta kits be already printed on, or will they be decals that we need to apply ourselves......urghhh. I was originally under the impression that all the markings came printed on, which was one of the main reason I pre-ordered them. If they are decals that we need to apply ourselves, I may cancel my pre-order. I thought these were supposed to be pre-painted and pre-marked kits for people who either lack skill or are too lazy to paint and decal (I'm both )
  4. Counting 12 multi-drones in the left side nacelle and 13 multi-drones in the right side nacelle (as viewed from the rear).
  5. The 31 has three micro-missile launcher ports in each lower leg. So for armament that we know of there is: · 2 x shell firing arm cannons. · 6 x micro-missile launchers (3 per leg). · 1 or 2 head lasers (depending on variant). · 1 x beam(?) cannon mounted on weapons pod (detachable for use as handheld gunpod). · 4 x wing hardpoint stations (2 per wing). · 1 or 2(?) folding knives (mounted in arm shields).
  6. That makes sense. I was misinterpreting what I saw.
  7. Just wondering why Hayate turned the AC hotter? There was no mention in the subtitles by either character of the cockpit being cold.
  8. There's at least one stick in the back. See right side of attached screen shot).

    Bandai DX VF-31

Definitely more excited for the 31.
  10. Back in the day I actually kitbashed several of the kits to make a Fighter with Super parts and a Battroid without Super Parts.
  11. They are nice enough kits for the price point, but I definitely won't be buying any more. I just got the VF-31J, because I wanted a physical representation of the VF-31 to zoom around until the DXs and TomyTecs are released.
  12. More excited for the regular head version.
  13. Screwed up the sticker sheet when building the VF-171 last night........urghhhh. on the VF-31J a couple of days ago I used a pair of tweezers to remove the stickers from the sheet and they came of easily. However, for the VF-171, I think the sticker sheet was not properly die-cut, as most of the stickers didn't want to come off and I tore and twisted some trying to remove them. Luckily I was able to remove the VF-171's cockpit canopy sticker without problems, but all the others gave me grief. So my VF-171 is mostly bare with just the panel lines done and only two stickers successfully applied (canopy) and the black V on the back-plate. Oh well, still looks OK and these kits are only temporary cheap holdovers until the DX toys and TomyTecs come out, just so I have something hold in my hand to zoom around......hahaha Graham
  14. Interesting, so as standard the Sv-262's Ghosts are armed with a single dorsal cannon and 4 x micro-missile launchers. But in episode 4, the dorsal cannon has obviously been replaced by the multi-drone jamming system.
  15. I definitely prefer the look of the SV-262Ba's head. I'm not usually a fan of Gerwalk mode, but it looks awesome in those pics.
