    I personally doubt that Lady M will be Shammy, I've always felt that the SDFM bridge Bunnies were kinda throwaway, disposable characters of little consequence.

    Finished Stranger Things with my wife and son about a week ago. We all really enjoyed it. Current TV series I'm watching are: The Last Ship, Season 3. Dark Matter, Season 2. Killjoys, Season 2. Also for older shows, just started watching Vikings, Dexter and The Shield, as never seen them before, but thankfully Netflix finally came to Hong Kong this year, so got a lot of catching up to do.......hahaha Graham

    Nah, you do need to use glue on these, otherwise parts will regularly pop off or come apart during transformation and handling. I used small dabs of superglue on pretty much most parts when building this kit.

    I'm hoping it's 27 episodes, as it's already confirmed as being 9 x discs (3 eps per disc x 9 = 27 eps). But more likely it will be 26 episodes I imagine.

    Japanese cars few and far between!!!???? Well, maybe in the US, dunno haven't been there for years, but certainly not in the rest of the world. Japan is supposedly the world's largest car manufacturer, with six of the world's ten largest car manufacturers being Japanese. Can't walk down the street here without seeing loads of Toyotas Hondas, Nissan etc. Lexus or Infiniti would be a good choice for Drift.

    I actually prefer the FSW Delta VF-31's as the overall shape reminds me of the VF-19F/S one of my all-time favorite VFs (but with added canards).

    Haven't paid attention to whether we have seen the VF-31A's pod open in Gerwalk mode to see if the other half looks like the standard charger pod. The half of the pod that is not holding the gunpod, could potentially be something else, such as a micro-missile launcher, or a capacitor for energy conversion armour........many possibilities. In which case it could mean the VF-31A's calf bays could hold micro-missiles instead of multi-drones.

    Yes, the beam gun moves down slightly to clear the crotch and extends to open position to fire in fighter mode. I posted screen caps of this previously, I think it was in Messer's death episode thread. This can be replicated in the Bandai 1/72 model kit.

    It's usually on the last day of the month, 30th or 31st, but they occasionally release a few days earlier. I know Christmas is not big in Japan, but every December when there's new Macross stuff coming out, I do wish Bandai would spare a thought for their overseas customers and actually release new products in the first one or two weeks of December, so that we could get the items in time for Christmas. It would be really nice to have the new VF-31J DX under the tree in time to open for Christmas.

    The RE movie series is a guilty pleasure of mine. Saw them all at the cinema, own them all on DVD. I love Milla Jovovich. I only played a couple of the games, the first and fourth I think, and then not really that much, so it doesn't bother me if the movies crap all over the games. I don't care, I have no emotional investment in the games. But as leave-your-brain-at-the-door, action movies with some zombies and monsters and a hot female lead, I've always found the RE movies to be good mindless fun.

    Looking quite good in the photos so far IMO, certainly better than the CM's iteration. Like others have said though, I do hope it has some sort of extendable neck joint. However, at this point in time based on their VF-2SS debacle, I really have no confidence in Evolution's ability to make a fun, non-frustrating transforming toy, made of quality materials, that locks together well. So, I will not be an early adopter of this and will not pre-order. I'm going to take a cautious, wait and see approach, before spending my hard earned cash. Also, I really need to see it in Fighter mode before even considering whether I may buy this at some point in time. Evolution...........fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice, shame on me

    As I've said before, I hope we get a season 2 of this with budget for more mecha combat. Seems 7 episodes is gonna be a bit tight to tie up everything, unless we get a really rushed ending. And more time really needs to be spent of developing some of the supporting characters as well. Chuck, Arad and Mirage have hardly had any screen time recently. Feels like we hardly know them.

    With the lack of significant mecha action in Delta recently and the difficulty of securing a VF-31J on pre-order, I'm kinda staring to get a bit disillusioned. I miss the Macross Frontier renewal toy days, when we could at least rely on Nippon Yasan for securing a pre-order, even if it was at slightly inflated prices.

    I never get the whole we must show blockbusters only in the summer or at Christmas thing. I'll go to see a movie or take my kid to see a movie anytime of the year if it's a good movie that I want to see. Graham
