What Graham Is Doing, Other Than Updating Mw
Graham replied to Agent ONE's topic in Anime or Science Fiction
Have yet to kill anybody, but have spent a lot of time over the years training quite extensively with knives, guns, swords, sticks and bare-hand for the day I may have to. Homeless people don't bother me, It's queue jumpers and people that talk in the cinema that really piss me off. Graham -

Yep, this does actually take up most of my free time when I'm not at work. When I do have the odd free minute after the kid's asleep at night, I'd rather be doing the activity in A1's first post or chilling out watching some DVDs or occassionally playing some PS2 games to relax. Graham -

LOL..........I like this thread. While I do like to endulge in this activity with my wife as often as possible, the aim is not to make more people. We've both decide one kid is enogh. Graham -
Yeah, I second that. Some of the guys on the ToyboxDX forum are experts on Jumbos, so that would be the best place to ask. Graham

Still trying to contact Shawn. Hopefully I'll be able to make contact next week. I'm still going to put forward A1 as a candidate for Admin, together with Mechamaniac and Azrael, regardless of whether A1 is actually serious or not. That way if Shawn gives A1 the post and he accepts I won't have to listen to his bitching & moaning about lack of updates to MW, as he'll be the one responsible for updates Graham

Moved to Other Anime & Scifi, as this is not a Macross game. Graham

I'm on the last few pages of A Clash Of Kings, but I'm a little confused over one point and hoping somebody here can clear up the matter for me, as it's really bugging me. (The following question contains spoilers, so don't read on if you haven't yet read A Clash Of Kings) . . . . . . . . . . Why does Ramsey Snow who has previously been posing as Reek, kill Ser Rodrik Cassel and burn Winterfell? Shouldn't Ramsey Snow be on the side of Winterfell and the Starks? We know that Ramsey Snow is Roose Bolton's Bastard and Roose Bolton is fighting for Robb Stark. The fact that Ramsey is able to command 600 men from the Dreadfort garrison implies that he has his father's trust. Graham

LOL.......what's wrong with sex in a hospital? I'll take it anywhere, anyplace, anytime I can get it I'm only up to ep # 17 so far. Bit difficult to figure out the finer points of the story sometimes with the crappy Engrish subs of the HK boot. Graham

That Minmay pic of Solscud's is starting to give me indecent thoughts about my plastic figures. Is that wrong? Graham

Great show if you can ignore the extremely bad science of the moon being blown out of orbit and then encountering a new planet or new alien race each week. Didn't bother me as a kid, but now it's a bit too much suspension of disbelief. Graham

1/48 Scale Eagle Replica. Nice, but way too expensive IMO. And some cheaper 12" Eagles. Graham

Just received my copy of The Art of George R.R. Martin's A Song of Ice and Fire from amazon. Pretty cool book. Graham

At least 4 people to play huh . I'd love to be able to try this game, but these days, when everyone's busy with either their work or kids, it's extremely difficult getting a group of friends together for several hours to play a board game or tabletop RPG. Graham

The only good thing about TF - The Movie, was that some Transformers actually died. And yes I cheered when they died. Graham

Any Dirty Harry movie (except The Dead Pool), beats all other cop movies. Clint (well, early Eastwood) is to me what Arnie is to A1. Graham

Would love some Octos and Cheyenne. Can't see it happening though.

I hear ya . Except gotta save the cast of Serenity. I was gonna say save Arnie as well, but he's not American anyway, so no need. Graham

Looking very nice, I may have to get one. Graham

Peter Sellers was a comic genius. So-called modern day comedic actors like Chris Rock & Adam Sandler are not in the least funny, just plain annoying IMO. Graham

Welcome aboard stuffparties. What Yamato will relase next after the 1/60 scale VF-0S is released this April is a subject of much debate and interest to everybody here. Obviously, they will milk the 1/60 VF-0 molds as much as possible to recoup their tooling costs and release several VF-0 variants such as the VF-0D in hopefully both Shin (blue) and normal (grey) versions, VF-0A in both hopefully cannon-fodder and Shin colors, possibly even a VF-0B even though it doesn't appear in the anime, only as a Hasegawa model kit so far. A Reactive Armor set for the VF-0S would also be most welcome, as would the Ghost Booster. Personally, I think the next new type of Yamato Macross mecha after the VF-0 will be a 1/60 SV-51 in hopefully Nora, Ivanov and cannon-fodder colors. In the past Yamato have always stated that they would never make any 2-seater 1/48 VF-1 toys. But the toy industry is a highly changeable business and one should 'never say never'. While I've no evidence to back this up, I do have a hunch we will eventually see 1/48 2-seater VF-1D, VT-1 & VE-1 in the not too distant future (perhaps the first one by the end of this year)? Of course, the holy grail of many-long time Yamato Macross toy collectors is a completely resculpted and larger scale YF-19 from Yamato. Graham
