Yay, my PS VITA TV arrived today, so will try to hook it up tonight, create a Japanese PSN account (been watching the online tutorial vids) and then hopefully download the free and paid DLC (bought the code for a point card).
-
Damn, forgot to take photos of mine at the weekend. I've got some quite obvious yellowing on the plastic parts of my VF-25F. Try to take photos later.
-
Damn, that photo really shows the difference in missile size!
-
What's a "point card"? Still waiting for my PSTV, but when I get it cannot I just use my credit card to buy the DLC?
-
Yeah, VT-1 would be a good choice. I think lots of people waiting for it.

Although you can't see it that clearly, the face of that Wonder Woman figure makes it look iike a guy in drag in that photo.- 233 replies

Hmm.........yeah, even though the Hikaru VF-1S Strike Valk is my all time favorite VF-1 variant, it makes me kinda reluctant to shell out the money unless I can see in advance exactly what I'm getting. And already having 2 x Yamato 1/60 VF-1S Hikaru Strike Valks means the Arcadia version is not exactly a high priority for me.
-
I'd love to see Arcadia eventually get the Frontier licence and take a try at the VF-25. But the chance of that happening is probably quite remote. Also, still waiting for my red Milia VF-17S!!!!!!
-
I really hope this line is successful enough that we get Super Pack versions and also a line of Frontier kits as well.
-
Haven't really been following this. Are there any clear photos showing how exactly this Premium Finish version is going to look? Or have only stock photos of the standard version been posted so far?

Currently watching: 1) Ash vs Evil Dead - Season 2. 2) Six. 3) Van Helsing 4) Binge re-watching Star Trek TOS, TNG, Voyager & DS9 now that they are all on Netflix.

That is truly outstanding work. Well done!

I have found with some white plastic Bandai toys in the past that they do seem to yellow quite easily if left in the box. Which is strange, you would have thought in the box, away from UV light they would have resisted yellowing. Maybe the plastic used has some sort of reaction to the styrofoam..........really dunno???? But it's weird as certain toys yellow quickly, while others don't. I've got 3 renewal VF-25F up on a shelf in my bedroom, away from the window and direct sunlight. They have been there since the toys were released. My naked VF-25F in battroid mode has no yellowing. My VF-25F with Super Packs in fighter mode, seems to be developing some mild yellowing on the nose. I haven't taken of the Super Packs to check under them yet, will do so this weekend. I haven't checked my third VF-25F yet, which is wearing the Armoured Pack in battroid mode. Will check at the weekend.

New Macross TV Series in 20xx (sometime this decade)
Graham replied to Tochiro's topic in Movies and TV Series
I'm personally fine if the 2018 TV series keeps the VF-31 as the hero mecha, as I want to see more of it in action. Of course an Armored pack and different weapon pods for the VF-31 would be great to see. I would like to see some new enemy mecha though, not really a fan of the Sv-262. Perhaps the new series may have Chaos & Windermere teaming up to fight against a new threat? -
So what did you all buy so far from this line? For myself, I bought: 1 x VF-31J Fighter (built wheels up). 1 x VF-31J Battroid. 1 x VF-31J Gerwalk set (built as Gerwalk). 1 x VF-31C Fighter (built wheels up). 1 x VF-31A Fighter (built wheels up). 1 x VF-31S Fighter (built wheels up). Planning to order 1 x Sv-262 Fighter soon also.

Well, they did Arad's emblem without problem, so I can't see why Messer's would be an issue. Gaham

That is so funny, I wanted to do something similar, but you beat me to it
-
Yeah, I was also wondering if anybody had heard any news about the release date for Chuck and Messer's VF-31?

Question for those that have the game. Will the 1gb internal memory of the PSTV be enough for the Delta Scramble DLC, or will I have to buy a memory card?

Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Men Tell No Tales
Graham replied to areaseven's topic in Anime or Science Fiction
The only POTC movie that I have been able to sit through without falling asleep is the first one, which I actually liked. The rest, I've never made it though the whole movie, whether watching in the cinema or at home. They are a great cure for insomnia!- 39 replies

Delta Scramble purchased today and a PSTV ordered. Couldn't find a PSTV retail in the dozen game shops near my work, all sold out, so had to order online. Unfortunately, the PSTV wasn't as cheap as I'd hoped, as it has been discontinued, so prices are creeping up. Still cheaper than a Vita though. Hopefully it will arrive before the weekend, so I can get some game time in at the weekend.

New Macross TV Series in 20xx (sometime this decade)
Graham replied to Tochiro's topic in Movies and TV Series
I'm old (47) and I want a continuation of Delta, mainly because I want to see more of the VF-31. I'd also like to see more of the characters from Delta as they are pretty likable and I feel their story is not really finished yet.
