    Macross Revoltech

I was will to give the Macross Plus Revoltechs a chance, but after seeing the sculpts, I'm really not digging the exagerated proportions. I'll stick with the more accurate Yamato GN-U figures. Graham

    Macross Revoltech

GN-U is 95% ABS, not PVC. Not liking these breakdancing Revoltecs at all. The ball joints on the YF-21's hip plates and forearm tailfins look awful IMO. Graham
  3. We already have a thread on this. The kits are 1/72, the toy is 1/60. Graham
  4. No, it's not. I just found it strange that they also went with 1/60 scale. Perhaps the scale was a requirement from Big west. Graham
  5. While it's good news that we are getting some VF-25 toys and in the same scale as Yamato toys, I really hope that Bandai is going to release more than just the VF-25. I'm going to be really, really pissed if they don't release a VF-171 toy. And it's obviously going to be quite a while until we see these 1/60 VF-25 toys, as that sculpt is really early stage. Graham
  6. Wouldn't it be funny if we found out that Bandai had sub-contracted Yamato to make the 1/60 Frontier toys for them. Graham
  7. IThat's terrible, the ultra-crappy Gundam 00 gets the prime time slot and Macross Froontier gets the graveyard shift . Hope it doesn't affect popularity in Japan too much. Graham
  8. Model kits . Damn, I was hooping for some toy news. I bet Bandai is gonna screw us and not do any toys. Sigh, I so wish Yamato had the licence. Graham
  9. Are those model kits or toys? What does the sign say anybody? Graham
  10. Hopfully, SaveRobotech will have some news from Wonderfest to post soon, as he is going today. Can't wait to see if Bandai is displaying any Frontier toys or models. Graham
  11. Considering it's Chie Kajiura, the original sing voice of Mylene, it's probably going to be petty good! Note, Tomo Sakurai was the acting voice of Mylene, although she did sing a bit. Graham
  12. Nope, no landing gears. There's only so much you can do to a 1/200 scale toy priced at under ¥500. And personally, given the choice of landing gear or no landing gear I prefer no landing gear, as I think Valks always look much better in flight. Graham
  13. The Frontier T-shirts are now up on the official site. I definitely want the white SMS one. Graham
