Wow, Bandai are pulling out all the stops with the Armored. First news of the Armored DX, then the model kit and now the 1/100 and all coming around the middle of the year. I wonder if the Armour will be removable from the base 1/100 VF-25S? I'm guessing not, otherwise this would kill sales of the standalone VF25S due out this month. I think I'm definitely going to be buying the 1/100 Armored VF-25 as I'm a huge fan of the design. Graham

Here in Hong Kong, I paid HK$1,250 for Luca, which is approx US$161.29, so only a few bucks cheaper than the price in Singapore. Graham

The head antenna on the RVF-25 is soft PVC. Mine is not bent like that. Graham

Yeah, the head sculpt on the RVF-25 is really excellent. I hope Bandai resculpts the VF-25S's head and uses transluscent platic for the eyepiece this time. Graham

I'm still hoping for a VF-171 and VF-2SS w/SAP in the VF100s line. Of course I'd prefer a 1/60 DX VF-171 though. Graham

Actually, for the VF-25 battroid, the image of an angel always came to mind while watching the show, never an insect. The Vajra were the insects. Graham

Honorable mention Bubblegum Crisis and Macross Zero. Macross Frontier rocks, great music, astounding animation, beautiful mecha designs, well choreographed fight scenes, likeable, non-angsty characters etc, etc. Graham

My RVF-25 also came with a small battle scar (paint chip) out of the box, but on the back of the left lower leg. Graham

A few minutes later, I received another email from OverDrive as follows: - Good that Bandai is taking action to correct this and good on OverDrive for supplying the corrected parts. Graham

I suspect the extra holes will also be used for the Super Fold booster as well. Graham
