No new updates.

I went looking for the GA Graphics VF-1 Master File twice this week, but no luck. Was told end of the month.

I've also visited Port Merion. Don't think it was Only Fools & Horses, but I could be wrong. I left UK 22 years ago, so I'm a little out of touch with British TV.,

Not keen on the idea of a remake, but a sequel could be cool if done well.

Just picked up the August Newtype, but no pics of new Super Packs. Wasted HK$120. Very disappointed.

Looks beutiful. That photos is a bit blurry, but the head, specifically the face does look a bit different to me. Graham

I think it's a given that the toy would be changed in some way for the movie, i.e. redesigned Super Packs, possible change in color scheme etc. Afterall, Bandai is the major sponsor for Macross Frontier and they will of course want to use the movie as an oportunity to sell more toys. Graham

They should ask Kawamori to do a Jetfire toy. I'm sure he'd manage to do away with or at least minimise the amount of kibble. There's a ridiculous amount of kibble on that thing! Graham

Got my CF-1J a few days ago, but haven't opened the box yet. Been too busy playing with the VF-22 and the Mac Plus GN-U FP sets. Will try to take CF-1J out of the box tonight. Graham

Will be picking up the new issue of New Type magazine in about an hour, so it will be interesting to see if there are any pics of the new movie type Super Packs. Graham

Who's to say there's are not two different gunpods? I may be remembering wrongly, as it's a long time since I watched it, and possibly it's an animation error, but IIRC in Macross Dynamite 7, they had the Gunpod of Gamlin's VF-22S firing and sounding like a beam gun and the forearm guns sounding like rapid fire projectile cannon. Will probably pass on the VF-25F Super. Too many VF-25 toys already. The Q-Rea is a must buy.

Got mine yesterday and love it. I've always prefered the look of the VF-22 over the YF-21 & Gamlin is my all time favorite character. Toy seems a bit tighter than the YF-21.

Been meaning to ask, does the VF-1 look any different in Macross The First? Has Mikimoto tweaked or updated it at all? Graham
