  1. My thoughts exactly. Not liking at all on first impression. Maybe it will grow on me. I think I like the new VF-19EF much more than the YF-29. Graham
  2. Never say never, but unfortunately, when Yamato designed the VF-11, they didn't have the Protect Armour in mind, unlike say when the designed the V2 1/60 VF-1, which was designed from the ground up with GBP armour in mind. Graham
  3. Hmmmm......that doesn't sound good. Sounds like they are copying the Resident Evil movies. What next zombie dogs in The Walking Dead? Graham
  4. Hate 3D in cinemas (pointless). Hate DRM for obvious reasons. DRM is especially troublesome for expats like mysely that live outside our home country/region. I love Smartphones (except iPhones). I love being able to surf the web and keep up with Macrossworld and other news/comedy sites while mobile. I commute to work by bus or train, so have a fair bit of time to kill. These days with a kid, I don’t get much time to use the computer at home. By the time my son goes to bed, I’m usually so tired, I just want to crash in bed myself. Most of my time online is on my phone while travelling. Hate anything from Apple and can’t stand Steve Jobs. I actually like Facebook and spend quite a bit of time on it. Living 6,000 miles away from my family and a lot of old friends, Facebook is a great way to stay in touch and share photos information etc with them. Graham
  5. Is the VF-2SS really that tiny? Graham
  6. I'm sincerely hoping that Valk racing (....yawn), won't be the sum total of the novelization. As Kawamori has bothered to design and introduce some new military VFs (VF-19EF & VF-19EFs), I'm hoping there will be some combat featured, with appropriate photo art, CG art or lineart, of said combat, published in the magazine. Possibly the combat could be against terrorists/freedom figters/rebels/insurgents (choose you preferred name of the day ), or a rogue Zentran/Meltran fleet. Graham Oh., I would say it should be significantly longer than that. Graham
  7. Cool idea, but have a glass door on the front, to keep the dust off them. Grahm
  8. Patience. As Keith said, the development of a PS3 game is going to take quite a while, just to render the visuals of all the mecha. I'm sure its coming and we'll likely get it by either the mid or end of 2011. Graham
  9. Quite enjoy Supernatural, but definitely not liking the look of this anime. Graham
  10. In traditional Romero (the king of the Zombie genre) movies, the cause is never made clear. Graham
  11. I'm just buying the standard version. I'm sure the extra UMD video content will be up on Youtube within a day of release, so I'm not shelling out the extra cash just for a UMD that I can't even play on my PSP anyway. Graham
  12. I just think the name Savaage Opress sounds quite feminine, especially the 'Opress' part. In fact the first time I heard the name, I misheard and though it was Savage O'breast.....LOL! But yes, apart from episode 2, this season has been one big fail. Graham
  13. I seem to remember someone (maybe Keith?) mentioning that one of the recent Gundam PSP games had levels with multiple maps and you could move from map to map. I wonder if MTF will have this feature also? Graham
  14. Same here. Huge fan of the comic book, but still undecided about the series. Graham
  15. I wonder if we will get Macross the First mecha in this game? The Macross the First VF-1J Hikaru would be a nice addition. Graham
  16. Hoping for VF-2JA this time. And of course the Zent powered suit from the opening fight of Mac Plus OVA ep 1. And full M3 and VF-X2 campaigns would be great. Me wants a VA-3M as well. And while we are at it, how about: VF-3000 Crusader, VF-5000B and FAST Packs for the VF-17D/S and VF-19F/S. And I doubt they will majke it into this game, but the new VF-19EF and VF-19EFs from Macross The Ride would be great as well. Graham
  17. Looks like they finally made some fixes to the VF-19Kai model (and hopefully by extension, to the VF-19F/S/P, as well) I see tail fins in the correct location and straighter/longer LERX (although still not 100% correct). Oh well, it only took them 3 games to get it mostly right! Doesn't look like there have been any improvements to the graphics. Oh well, I can live with that. Probably more due to the PSP lack of processing power than anything. I really hope e can go straight to the main game and skip the Mihoshi Acadamy stuff completely. From the screen caps, it looks like something I'd have no interest in. Graham
  18. That's good, on the official page, I notice a pic of both the VF-19kai and YF-21. Graham
  19. Also not much interest in th Mihoshi & Ex-Gear stuff. Hope this game still has full Zero, SDFM, DYRL, Plus & 7 campaigns.
  20. Not that I've found yet. But I know what the cover looks like now, so I'm going to see if I can find it when I get off work. Cover pic attached. Graham
  21. Yeah, maybe I made a mistake about this. Need to check again carefully. Graham
  22. Yeah, getting ahead of myself a bit. It will likely turn out not to be true. Graham
  23. This 'Campus' feature in Macross Triangle Frontier, doen't sound particulaly appealing to me as a main selling point. I have little interest in creating a customizable character, especially as if some gaming websites are saying, you need to spend 2-5 hours creating your character and boosting its stats before you can actually play the main game. Would rather just use a stock character and fly the VFs! Not really interested in the cut scenes of Ranka and Sheryl in bikinis, gym wear etc. Graham
  24. Getting to like the look of the VF-19EF more each time I see it. Graham
