  1. I got 3 pre-orders in with 3 different shops (Anime-Export, iShop2Go and HLJ), so hopefully, I'll get all 3, or at least 1. Call me greedy, but I really want multiples of this. Graham
  2. To be fair, the VF-25S can still be found here in HK and I understand iShop2Go is a HK shop. I've placed an order with them for the VF-171EX, so let's see what happens. Graham
  3. Pre-order placed with 3 current sites. Cross fingers can get all 3.
  4. Well, it's either go to BW for the license and sell in Japan only (is Lego even popular in Japan.....no idea????). Or go and deal with HG............ Graham
  5. Currently listening to Talking Heads, INXS, T-Rex, Donovan and Diamond Head. Graham
  6. Err, I wonder if Lego know about the licensing issue with Macross? Graham
  7. Heck, they are fragile just picking up the toy! Graham
  8. Didn't really like the 2009 movie. Thought that it was a bit silly that a Romulan mining vessel could so easily destroy Federation Warships, even if it was from 129 years in the future, it was still just a frackin' mining vessel. Graham
  9. You can see the rear landing gear doors in this pic. Graham
  10. Upgraded Gollum in a Macross context - Hmm.......does that mean Gollum with FAST Packs........LOL! Graham
  11. Awesome, awesome, awesome. Graham
  12. That's not Bruce Banner. Look at the posters, it's clearly Julian Assange! Graham
  13. I wonder if it is by Tenjin. Graham
  14. Maybe HK got all the renewal VF-25F then. When it was first released you could barely move without tripping over the things. Well, not quite that bad, but nearly........LOL!
  15. Regarding retail sale in Hong Kong: For those unlucky peoiple like me, who didn't pre-order. the YF-29 first issue was only available in a few stores in HK, such as Animate and sold out almost immeadiately. When the VF-25F renewal was lauched, it was widely available in large quantities in a great many toy and hobby stores initially at or near Japanese retail price and sat on shelves for several moths after release. It is only recently that it is starting to become a bit harder to find and those shops that have remaining stock have bumped up the price. It seems a smaller quantity of the VF-25S Renewal was imported into Hong Kong and fewer stores carried it. Those that did charged a price much higher than the Japanese recommended retail price. Graham
  16. What's a "Bieber"? Isn't that some sort of STD........LOL! Graham
  17. As opposed to the evil American Steve Jobs.....LOL Graham
  18. Actually, I think Macross is one of the few mecha animes where the mecha (VFs) actually look good in CG. Graham
  19. The Red Bull air races are extremely popular and great fun to watch. Last time I was back in UK, they seemed to be on TV really frequently. Graham
  20. I just hope we don't have to jump through so many hoops when/if the cannon fodder VF-171 is released Graham
  21. Absolutely beautiful! Wish we had toys that looked like that. The greenie has always been the best looking of the bunch IMO. Unlike, Macross, I can never remember the official model numbers of the mecha in Mospeada, so I just call the Legioss's red, blue and greenie Graham
  22. No, but when the pilot turns evil, he uses the Gundam's finger to twirl the mustache............really! (No, just kidding). Graham
  23. I've ordered from Anime-Export before, they are safe and reliable. The site probably timed out cus of all the people (like myself), hitting F5 all morning..........LOL! Graham
  24. Yep, I just snagged one on Anime-Export. Graham
  25. Sigh.....not Bandai la! Now you are deliberately gonna confuse people who don't know better and probably the next few pages are gonna be filled with silly questions n comments while the confusion you have sown is cleared up Graham
