  1. Pretty good news, I think, but let's see if they can get the kind of talent behind it that the original had. /Film: Bryan Fuller and Amblin TV Reviving Steven Spielberg’s ‘Amazing Stories’ Anthology Series
  2. IGN, a bastion of quality journalism. Even if it is a 7.2, it would score higher than the vast majority of movies people on these forums flock to. Just sayin'
  3. /Film headline: "‘Spectre’ Early Buzz: Daniel Craig’s James Bond is Back, and He’s Better/Worse/About the Same as Ever" It's gonna be one of those that everyone enjoys to some degree, but can't agree on how good it is.
  4. You have to remember with these guys that they believe what they're doing is necessary and right. Kylo isn't sitting there saying to himself "dark and evil is cool, I'm gonna be that." They don't think of themselves that way. To ruthlessly exert their power without restraint is just a means to an end.
  5. I see things in this movie as being a bit like the aftermath of the fall of the Roman Empire. No one was able to step up and grab control, so the galaxy has been split among various regional factions. Well, that's my guess, anyway.
  6. That wasn't the spoiler, but I know exactly what you're talking about. [tinfoilhat]Given his opening bit of dialog about being raised to fight, what if Finn is a Mandalorian?[/tinfoilhat]
  7. Oh, yes, Luke's arm. I am assuming that's a white jacket, not a robe. And, just for you, Mommar, here is what I *believe* the spoiler to be. It's a MAJOR one, so consider yourself duly warned. Seriously, you probably don't want to look at this, even though I don't know for sure. Really, don't look. Also, I don't want anyone who does know for sure to confirm or deny this. Just move along.
  8. There's actually a MAJOR spoiler in the trailer. I've been avoiding spoilers, but this was something I had suspected for quite a while. Not gonna say where, but I am shocked they included that shot in the trailer. Wait, who?
  9. It took less than 24 hours for sites to start passing off actual spoilers as "conjecture based upon what we've seen in the trailer." Thankfully I've had nothing even remotely significant spoiled for me in the few cases I've come across this, as I bugged out immediately, but it's clear that they're dealing with knowledge far beyond what's in the trailer(s). Asshats. Be careful.
