    The X-Files crew is in talks with FOX to do a second season. And I ask: why? Outside of episode 4, I don't know WTF they are doing with this mini-series, and I'm not sure they do either.

    Ray Stevenson's Punisher is the closest they've come to getting it right. It just needed a little something more.

    Thomas Jane never looked like Frank Caste, and I thought his Punisher move was flat out wrong in just about every conceivable way. If not for that short film and Jane's passion for the character, I'd be flabbergasted as to why anyone has held any affection for him in the role. Jon Bernthal looks straight out of a John Romita Jr Punisher book, and that's just gold.

    Nothing new here... or is there? The four voices and faces we hear may all play a part in Bran's visions. We know Ned does for sure. Catelynn and Robb suggest the reveal of the long-suspected Grand Northern Conspiracy, which, of course, leads to Jon.

    Ok, I do have one complaint about this movie: they used way too much footage marketing it. They showed us too much prior to release trying to prove it was what it should be (and, man, it's exactly what it should be).

    While we're in the subject, where does the group stand on buttons and dials? While I certainly use my touch screen, I prefer the buttons and dials. They allow me to do things without taking my eyes off the road.

    No, I fully reject this explanation to allow them to retcon a bunch of semi-trained Jedi into the story. it's ridiculous, and does nothing but undermine the OT. It's a kid's show that plays fast and loose with the continuity, and that's it.

    While I agree with this, I listen to way too many podcasts and baseball games/talk to invest in a superior sound solution. I drive a 2012 right now; I feel like that ship has sailed at this point.
