Blizzard is saying they've hit 10 million subscribers. That's just plain crazy.

Karazhan is amusing, its become one of thoese runs where you try to see how many bosses you can drop in under a minute. A group from my guild ran BWL on Christmas Eve, and cleared it in an hour. I found it amusing that a few players can roll in there now and put out as much DPS as an entire 40 man raid used to. I'm happy out being out of the game, but I wish I had been there for that run.

WoW is a far more interesting experience if you are into the lore.

What I've personally seen are things like broken marriages, people flunking out of school, and lost jobs. I've also seen people who balance it really well, and still excell.

Yeah, I know some folks who are crazy over WoW. I've seen some bad things happen to people over WoW. Hell, its not just WoW, there is a history of this with online gaming.

Between 2005 and 2007, I socked away some serious time in Warcraft. PvP, raiding guild, end game content, officer, the whole 9 yards. Though I still keep involved with my guild to a small degree, I no longer play WoW. Sure, every once in a while I might hop on for a month, but I got out of it what I wanted to. I've had that gaming experience. Would I do it again? No. But I'm glad to have had it. 9 million players can't be wrong.

Thing is, I was fairly certain at one point that Gurren Dan translates as "Gurren Brigade". I'm assuming I was totally wrong.

There are too many "little" things that all add up to them knowing about these beasts. One translated line can be dismissed, but not four or five. And we have three different releases to cross reference.

I don't quite get the confusion from some over what happened with the Ghosts. The ECM went up, and there was a close up of one of the Ghost's eye, with an electrical discharge sparking across its electronics. They then start careening into eachother. Seemed pretty obvious to me, these things got fried.
