    Which is the problem, since AniServ posted their RAWs 17 hours ago, and its the same file that's popping up on the other sites. Their site states: "For those of you Macross fans that downloaded 01, it's just the preview episode from december"

    Well, we'll know in about 11 minutes. But, as I said, AniServ is listing these 2 files as Deculture edition.

    Yeah, that's the AniServ RAW. They list it as such on their site, but obviously the others aren't picking up on it.

    The only RAW I see out right now is the one AniServ has up, and its the Deculture edition.

    Good point, we may never hear about a connection, but like Edgar, I think their intent is pretty clear.

    Ah, but watch that sequence again. Not only is it not going in that direction, its nowhere near the Frontier and Galaxy. "Megaroad-01's communications cease near the center of the Milky Way Galaxy." I think, for the sake of this story, they retconned its fate.

    But its pretty clear, based on the various translations of the rough cut episode, that they knew these things where out there, and they were *probably* expecting contact at some point. And SMS isn't there with their advanced hardware just for fleet defense.

    I'm *fairly* certain this is retcon. That screen shot is the last time the Megaroad-01 is seen on screen. Its pretty clearly heading away from the galactic core.

    Perhaps this explains the "Ride Armor" Pretty sure it is new news, this is interesting. Think this is new as well. Is this referring to the guy in uniform? Retconned? Nah, couldn't possibly be. Ayup Spiffy... perhaps this mean we'll be seeing some planet-side combat.

    I don't hate, I'm just not happy with the direction Kawamori took. Its like the Jar Jar stepping in poo jokes, I just don't get it. I really like alot of the music, I love the opening, and I really enjoyed the episode with the Meltrandi fleet. Hell, I wish the entire series had gone down that road.
