Yes there's been talk of this before. I really love the Macross Plus ep 4 dub version. The effects and music are very well done. The Japanese version seems bland to me by comparison. Now, I await Keith's rebuttal.

Yeah, kinda funny that none of the things the fans wanted to see were in the show. I think that means that Kawamori had a point to make with this show. If only I could enjoy what is there as much as seing a VF-1 romp all over the Anti-UN forces. I guess I'll have to hope to be satisfied by Yukikaze ep 5 dogfights, though with my luck they'll end it like Evangelion ep 25 and 26 If they make a Macross Zero movie edition, I wonder if they'll add anything like we were hoping for???

I guess my bootleg set will be staying.

Yep, that's what it looks like to me. I have a couple of the Moto Bisar toys and one 1/15 Imai Mospeada model, and the size is right on.

Well, anyone should be able to make a foolproof spring/door mechanism, but we're talking Toynami here, so maybe not. I definitely could do it

Couldn't they make a trap door in that section of the engine that drops down with a spring mechanism...??? I think it could be done.

Beautiful movie, but it didn't draw me in character wise (also, didn't like how Hitomi and Deunan's faces looked, everyone else was ok though). Still, worth it to see for the visuals and action.

I'll have to sticker mine up and take some pics, mine looks pretty good, and I was impressed that the arms don't have the flopiness of the Blue 6H. They actually made an improvement!

How does Rook's compare to Scott's Blue alpha in terms of QC, joint stiffness, and overall asthetics? Does it look like Toynami improved on it or not? Seem exactly the same to me.

I think it's pretty cool. Much more my taste than say Gundam Wing or Gundam Seed.

Actually, it looks like its a HL1 mod that uses HL2 source stuff, so you might be able to play it if HL1 plays well on your PC.
