Perhaps a VF-19A Excalibur repaint of the YF-19?

I've been watching this thread for a while and I was planning on getting all 3 of the Yamato figures, but like sithlord, I will probably only be picking up the VF-11. If the Kaiyodo 19 and 21 are priced anywhere near the same as their VF-1 figures they'll not only be cheaper, but also have a crapload of articulation for those dynamic poses, mutliple hands, and possibly fast pack armor.

How come when they make mecha in the form of a human, it has to be limited to how a human moves? Why can't they bend thier elbows both ways so it can shoot backwards, or move it's head, arms, and hips 360 degrees so it can shoot stuff dead faster?

Remember in the anime when Takumi beats Keisuke in the first race, Itsuki says that he's going to put an Akina Speedstars sticker on the 86 without telling Takumi? Maybe they decided to make that part of the movie, and that's what's shown in the pic. Oh well, we'll just have to wait until it comes out

Nobody knows where he got it, but it is not his own eye. He can't even utilize it fully. Anyway, it has been theorized that Kakashi is one of Orochimaru's expirements. When Orochimaru gets busted by the 3rd Hokage, he mentions that he has been "Performing expirements on kidnapped ANBU members." Of course, we'll have to keep reading/watching to find out for sure. Nobody knows... but the creator of the show is a huge DBZ fan... though I hope he stays away from that style of combat(I was disappointed with Naruto vs Sasuke for just that reason... but its over and hopefully they'll move past that.). In the episode where Kakashi is performing the seal on Sasuke's curse seal, Orochimaru tells Kakashi that he didn't have "that eye" when he left the village. Something along those lines. I dunno if it was the same in the manga; it's been a while since I've read that far back.

I think I read somewhere that they got Toyota to make them 3 brand new 86's for the movie. Dunno if that's still true tho, since I read it over a year ago.

Arrrg, did anyone else have problems with downloading ep 17? I keep getting "Problem connecting to tracker" Oh well, I'll just get it off of good 'ol Emule since the tracker seems to be total crap.

Need for Speed Underground sucked. I found Midnight Club II far more enjoyable.

I'm Canadian born chinese, but I don't speak, read, or write chinese. I wish I did tho, because I'm a total disgrace to the chinese race I think in elementary school, my 2 brothers and I made up 90% of the asian population, so there wasn't really any motivation to learn chinese

No, he's not in the anime or the manga. I was reading somewhere that he's an all new Trigun creation from Yasuhiro Nightow. Dunno how he can be part of the Trigun universe and not even be in the manga or anime tho

Since Yasuhiro Nightow is the character designer for both Trigun and Gungrave, this new figure looks like a wild west version of Beyond the Grave. Which is cool, I guess, since Gungrave kicks ass 7800 yen?? So expensive It's probably freakin hugh tho, hehe.

There's a 2.3 gig version out that has english subs, but I haven't even attempted to get it yet. It's so damn huge, I'll have to burn some crap to cd to free up some hard drive space
