  1. And Harmony Gold probably doesn't care at all that they are being nothing but a nuisance. If there is one outfit that should just close its doors and disappear, it's that one. They haven't done anything worth while in decades.
  2. If this was live-action, I'd be there! Doing it this way makes it easier/cheaper to make, but there aren't too many things I like in anime/style.
  3. All the details are making it pop! @pengbuzz
  4. Same. And not just for a 1/72 VF-2SS in plastic, but also some of the capitol ships, like the Macross Cannon. Heracles and the Gloria.
  5. Watched Moana 2 today, and it was good, IMO. Entertaining with some good (if not really memorable) songs and it didn't feel like it was crutching on the first movie to get by. Unlike with Te Kā, we don't see much of the bad guy until the mid-credit scene, which show they are definitely leading into a third movie. I liked it and I would watch it again.
  6. Enjoyed the first two episodes. Way better than the Acolyte! (I hope that is not too low of a bar for some...😉)
  7. Good looking work there! A nice follow-up to the original design.
  8. You and me both! Would much rather see a trailer for Kick-Ass 3!
  9. Oh man! Those movies were like a staple of my childhood. And adulthood. And probably my elderhood. Thank you Mr Abrahams, may you rest in well-deserved peace.
  10. Wow, some really intricate work on that one!
  11. Star Trek the Motion Picture is great, esp the special edition. IMO it has aged like fine wine. GB2 was and still is a fun movie, and two of the last four I haven't seen - and the other two I wish to scrub from my brain-pan! So far, all I'm seeing about Brave New World is a lot of foreboding building atop the current standard of doom-saying. As ever, I'll wait to give my view of it after I've seen it, cause you can't tell if the pudding tastes good until you've tried it.😉
  12. Ahsoka's shuttle, found at Target for about $35.
  13. This is not a model! It's a toy, but I'm going to treat it is a model and put in my display case with the Naboo starfighters! Micro Galaxy Squadron's Ahsoka's shuttle. Comes with Ahsoka, Sabine and Huyang for the cockpit. You can open up the cockpit, the rear ball turret, drop the boarding ramp and remove the top to show the interior with the training bay. There are some gimmicky toy-stuff that is apparent, but for a 'toy' the detail on this is something I would happily accept in a Bandai model! In fact, just inject the molds with regular plastic,, keep it disassembled and pack it in a box!
  14. Awesome!! Man, if prices weren't through the stratosphere! Does remind me that I need to finish my /1000.
  15. Definitely looks movie quality, along with the stupid name. I will say, that from the side, the lines come together in a sleek profile.
  16. What the heck are they trying to do with that thing? It looks like a fat duck!
  17. @MechTech Great work with those lil details, and with the mesh!
  18. Wow, that was great! Looked downright real except for some slight moments, and really nice including the live actors.
  19. I'm not a football fan, but that's cool!
  20. Have to say, I don't mind if they do it frame for frame. I want to watch How To Train Your Dragon in live-action, not a reboot. Plus, anyone who loves the animation will not be disappointed by sudden changes simply for the sake of changes.
  21. The only times a Predator has 'worked' with human has been in situations of-preservation or under an Honor-code. Either one of those is a good starting point.
