I never really got into, even though I like Noah Wiley. I've watched the Librarians, which is a fun show. But this one...

I hope that means it'll have extra parts, rather than switching out sprues. I'd love to have another set of ARMD carriers. And who else thinks that it is looong past time for a Macross 7/Frontier in 1/4000..? Which is also a pretty close scale to the new BSG models... Hmmm...

I don't care. Another SDF coming, that's all that matters!

So is this an actual contact contest? If so, the American rig is way too top heavy for that. If it is only paintballs and points, then I see no problem. Looking at it, I do think it needs a larger tread base, but that's only if it becomes a contact match. Over all, how the outside looks doesn't matter when compared to what's underneath. As long as the hardware is sound, it doesn't matter how pretty it is. Although, the American rig can use a nice touch of paint here and there. And there. And just right over there... I'm rooting for Megabot! Hopefully, we'll quickly come to a newer version of Robot Combat League, only with on board pilots!

F-16 XLs... Then double the production of F-22s and resurrect the YF-23 for naval service while you're at it. Then let's get to building a series of aircraft, individual frames, that would answer the actual need of the service involved rather than just a mushy shrug as an answer for them all. THEN hold the aircraft company's collective feet to the fire in order to keep them to their projected cost!

The mistake was trying to do a multi-service bird in the first place. It will probably be a good plane. But that's it. Just good, when our military really deserves the best in all respects for each service.

It's the /1000 Reliant model. I cut and inset the front of the saucer and grafted pieces of the torpedo pod onto it. The rollbar has been left off, and I scratched a new set of nacelle pylons.

Well, look at what else was on!! Against those choices, even I would say that Sharknado had been touched by Shakespear! -

When I see that list of movies, I can only wonder at what could have been had they used all that money for fewer movies of far greater quality. What a waste. -
I think that's the only way it could really work...

Ecto-1 should have style and presence shooting out the tail pipe. It's gorgeous curves are like a 1940's pin-up. It caught my eye not because it was a 25 year old clunker, but because even when it was beat up and ratted out, it was still beautiful. Yes, I understand that the 'new' Caddy (not calling it Ector-1) is generationally in the same spot, but it is nothing like the original. No style. No flare. Just a brick painted white. With a yellow light on top... Yellow!!!?! And the group photo looks like they broke out of a correctional facility...

I never saw the original series, so I don't know much about that, But this looks really good. Definitely fun and its great to see Cavil spreading out from the Superman role. Although I am hoping for a gag reel where he opens his shirt to show the 'S'!! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=w_Ky4KPzKwY

Was clued into this from SSM. I recall reading the 'Sword of Shannara' many many years ago, as an introduction to Fantasy along with the Dragonlance novels. Seeing this preview, I'm really hoping for many good things from this! Just these first glimpse are exciting! And if anything, it will give me a reason to watch MTV again...

I saw this pre-order on E2046. It's for a resin VF-29, static fighter model. Price is listed at $47.47. http://www.e2046.com/product/22799

That's pretty cool and it does look rather sleek. It's sure to blow some armor minds wide apart! Mine is finally getting closer to done. Needs some more paint and cleanup before decals, but she's coming along!

Looking forward to this. I also don't know what people are looking for. I actually liked Ma Kent's line. Simple and plainly said, just as she would say it. If people are looking for Shakespear, then they're way off the mark!

Wow, nice drone. What is that from? And since I never seem to complete anything anyway... Inspired by Admiral Buck's USS Lagrange on RI, this is my USS Dauntless in 1/1000

Independence Day: Resurgence, in theaters June 24, 2016
Thom replied to 505thAirborne's topic in Anime or Science Fiction
The fighter looks damn sweet! My only grip is the positioning of the antigrav pods. Why are they hanging down like that..? I would have put them horizontal and imbedded into the wing. Or even remove the wing entirely. You have antigrav! Why do you need a wing!?! I'll have to see it in action. Definitely if they make a model of this, I'll be doing some reworks...- 277 replies
