Have to say, I don't mind if they do it frame for frame. I want to watch How To Train Your Dragon in live-action, not a reboot. Plus, anyone who loves the animation will not be disappointed by sudden changes simply for the sake of changes.

The only times a Predator has 'worked' with human has been in situations of-preservation or under an Honor-code. Either one of those is a good starting point.

Had me excited for a live-action series! Still nice fan film, and it took me a moment to identify the guy playing Terry. He was one of the heroes on Titan.

An X-Wing with wheeled undercarriage. -
Sure, why not! Considering how often they hang around forests, some of them have to be tree-huggers!

It's a little funky. I much prefer the 2199 into and the one to the Odyssey of the Celestial Ark movie. But I'm excited to see this!

I like it when the Predator end up helping us. They can't all be heartess hunters.

My feelings too. I haven't see the sequel(s?) so I don't know if the story has gotten better.

That is one flashy paint job! And one uncomfortable way to sit, ouch!!😁 -
Nice looking rendition. How'd it print?

A lot of nice visuals, but I just never got into them.

Yeah, the second one, though entertaining, was just a redo of the first movie, only this time it was Elastegirl who was hired away by the bad guy('s sister) for a nefarious plan. We know they can do better.

That is great news, I just hope the story is not a third retread of the first one.

I'd gladly watch another Toby Maguire spiderman movie. I thought the glimpse of him in the last one was great.

@MechTech That is some great work on those hands! Wow! Could you post post a side-by-side with the kit hands? @derex3592 Academy seems to have some hits and misses, but glad to see you you worked past them. Looking really good. @Urashiman Real nice addition to the stash. Great they are including the Fold Booster. I may have to get the VF-19 of that.

Captain America: Brave New World - February 14, 2025
Thom replied to sh9000's topic in Anime or Science Fiction
One of the reason why it still should have been Buckey. I like Mackey as the Falcon, but still having trouble seeing him as Captain America, even after watching Falcon and the Winter Soldier. It may take a bit of obvious plot armor to keep him active - unless there's a subplot of him getting some version of the serum.- 103 replies

It gives you sooo much, action, adventure, suspense, drama, pretty much throughout the entire movie, and yet at the end you just want 20 or 30 seconds more in order to see Coop and Brand reunite.. and we don't get it. AAArgh!! In that way it reminds me of Oblivion, though at least that one gives us Jack 2.0 seeing Julia and her daughter just before the credits.

This looks like the sequel to Aliens that we should have had. -

The long wait keeps me anxious for the next season! They have also been very good with hardly a dud, and that may be because they take their time with them to get some quality stuff out.
