    Is this another Megahouse gig? Yeah they've certainly taken liberties with the sculpts but hey, it sells right? I'll have to wait and see how she looks after coloring. Meanwhile I picked up Kiryu Mikage; she's pretty cute and they didn't blow up her boobs or thong-ify her butt, which gives her the edge over the other figures, IMO...

    What a pain in the butt. I suddenly realize that I long to plug in my SNES, Sega-CD-32X, Turbo Duo, Atari Jaguar, NES and other ancient consoles, but my modern, whiz-bang receiver is an HDMI whore and only has one set of composite inputs. Do you guys know if there's such a thing as an RCA to HDMI converter with multiple RCA inputs? If not, I guess I could just buy an RCA multi-selector. I have some emulators but they're just not the same in my mind. I like slapping in cartridges and flipping that switch ON!

    Honestly, if someone were to make a "modern" version of this classic, I don't see the need to improve or change anything other than the special effects. Naturally, if Hollywood were to decide to go forward with a revisit to this story, they'd probably make Alex a girl, turn the Ko-Dan armada into North Koreans, have lots of lens-flare effects, make it so that the Star League Frontier shot first, etc, etc...

Definitely not interested, although it's good to see that sexism and gender stereotyping are still alive and running strong in Hollywood and quite possibly the masses. Gotham: dark and brooding. Supergirl: fun and frivolous. Got it...

    Anyone seen a show called Halt and Catch Fire? I find it an interesting melo-drama based on a bunch of people trying to make it in the computer industry during the early 80's. I just might have to buy an original Macintosh to park besides my Valkyries, now...
