My first car was the 'Charger-back in '94 a bunch of us from high school slaved away at a McDonald's. They all bought into the booming import scene, while I happened to catch a late night showing of "Bullit" and decided that was how I wanted to go.
In '98, after driving around in an older car for 4 years and being the laughing stock of the dominating import scene in San Diego I just got sick of it and convinced my mom to co-sign a loan for my then-new Mustang.
Six months after that, my mom died and I freaked out and bought the Camaro-I spent the next few years paying everyone off.
I love these things more than life itself but they're not getting any younger, or cheaper to fix. It may be time to move up to something like this:
