Back in the day, when I heard that there was a 12" Sniper Wolf to be had I was elated. The final product was very disappointing, although the rest of the line wasn't too bad. I guess when it comes to Metal Gear, 12" has yet to be done justice..

You did mention it earlier, but I wanted people to see our favorite program officially posted in all of its splendor, complete with a cast photo featuring 6 and Baltar in a now classic display of imaginary affection...

Your "OPINION" is duly noted...Sorry, but I don't enjoy long walks on the beach, planting flowers, painting pictures, feeding dolphins or whatever else it is that you think is so important... Every one of us has a place of retreat and solace that provides TRUE contentment that is unique and singular to WHO WE ARE, as opposed to the vapid fulfillment we get from wanking off, going to church or any one of the other mundane ways we distract ourselves daily, and it usually can't be shared with anyone else. Blasting down the freeways in my muscle car of choice does that for me; to lose that unique, singular joy would be worse than death. How do you escape?

Like Alien? What I loved about that movie is that you never actually clearly SEE the Alien; it's mostly shadows and screams and it is scary as hell. That movie was nothing short of revolutionary in its time, and I do not believe it would be possible to repeat its success. Why? Largely because audiences are dumb, but they are also desensitized to the point that they need to see gore in order to be moved. An intelligently written, thought provoking and sensory tickling masterpiece like Alien would be wasted on the novacained brains in today's movie audiences... And besides, people just love to watch other people suffer!

Amen to that. We're talking about both the original and the 'Pacino version, right?

They'll probably release that stuff later.

Well in that case, I hope they don't change your title to "Super Dimension Procrastinator...."

Now THAT would be a real pain to super-articulate, as they did with the Lions. 15 individual pieces that would have to be sturdy enough to interlock yet remain flexible enough to be poseable-ugh...

No, the real Six clearly states in that scene that their one true God is a forgiving God (which goes against what imagined Six says). 360450[/snapback] You're absolutely right. What I should have said was that Baltar's Red 6 was merely an illusion anyway, at least from my point of view, therefor up until Captured 6 stated that their God was an "all forgiving God," we had no way of knowing the extent of the Cylons' beliefs. Considering that Captured 6 is a "real" 6, we could assume that her belief holds true for the rest of the Cylons. Of course, there's a set of spoilers out there that says...well, nevermind... What was that about a moneyshot that I read?

Dear God, it's a fate worse than death. I don't mean to make things even more difficult for you, as you're obviously affected by this impending sale, but still... -My cars are the only things that give me any sense of joy. For me, to lose them would be death...

Wal-Mart toy allocation and distribution is always sketchy. Some Wal-Marts have a certain item falling off of shelves, while others will never see those items.

Baltar clearly betrayed "Red 6" by appealing and bonding with "Captured 6," hence Red 6's disappearance; that appears to be a symbolic separation of Baltar and his fantasy. That isn't to say that Red 6 won't return. In fact, I'm sure that she will. Hypothetically speaking, if Red 6 could be thought of as a projection of a Cylon consciousness into Baltar's mind, maybe the Cylons projected her into everyone else's mind in that one episode where she supposively took physical form.

Heeeey...Now that you mention it that IS Ram-Man. But, doesn't Juggernaut look like that anyway? Pretty close, if you ask me...

I, will miss Cain. Starbuck said it best when she described Cain as, "looking things straight in the eye, never flinching, and taking action-doing what needed to be done." Her methods were obviously debatable but she succeeded in keeping her ship and her crew intact against her own set of challenges and incredible odds and I admire that. As for the Cylon belief in God, isn't Baltar's 6 hallucination the only one that has given us the Cylon perspective on God? If that is the case, who knows what the Cylons actually think about God. Their beliefs may not be too different from the humans. In regards to the ongoing story, I'm glad to see that the legacy of the "Love Boat" is being carried to this day. Now, on to my OWN sexy-Cylon hallucination, complete with red dress and heels...

Could you imagine if Yamato actually priced these things out to make a killer profit on them? A $400 'Low-Vis wouldn't seem unreasonable...

The lack of extras does detract from the Masterpiece theme of this Voltron, although I really do like this version of the mighty robot. Who knows, maybe a Masterpiece 2.0?

Right, but I wonder how far is influence goes. I'm sure there's a "Mr. Konami" that holds the pink slip to the majority of their franchises...

For 2006 I'd like to see the 12" Vasquez, or any of the other 12" Aliens figures at least be nominated... -
Jesus. Can you even imagine how awesome the Andromeda is going to be? Asides from the model kit there's no other rendition of that ship, especially one as detailed to the point of having a cutaway underneath its skin. How much did it cost 'ya anyway?

I like. Knowing that the '6 is FWD however, does lessen my desire to own one, somewhat. Also, is the V6 just a miserable performer or what, and how close are the 4 and 6 cylinder engines in terms of power?
