A '65 Shelby Cobra-427... Oh wait, no real life objects. In that case, how about that life sized Alien statue that used to sell at Brookstone...

BBTS is solid. They won't win any price wars, but their level of service and speed is excellent and there's no price too big to pay for something like that...

All 5 "operations" have been out on Hong Kong bootleg DVD sets for about a year (?) now. As for official Bandai releases, they're up to number 2, I think...

I was really hoping that Six and Eight would start licking each other, but oh well. As for the baby, the writers have left this as an obvious major plot point down the road. After all, the Administration fears this thing, yet they give it to some starry-eyed civilian to raise. Just what do they think is going to happen with this child when it starts to develop advanced motor and mental skills, Cylon style? Finally, this episode did not include Lee Adama in any way, shape or form, therefor this episode gets a big fat "F"...

Cool! Funny stuff...

I don't know. I just, don't know...

Well, those Wonderfest pictures featured the Stealth with one, although those pictures posted in this thread as well as BBTS's site do not show the cannon off-who knows at this point. Better pictures! More information!

Damn it, we need better pictures...

$200 with, $160 without. Then again, sounds like most of us will pass so it doesn't matter, although the idea of having limited edition, stealth colored 'Paks is tempting. I wonder if the pictures shown previously will reflect what the boxes will look like?

Which period do you want to live in the Macross

Yeah, but then a stray bomb or a bolt from Bodolza's fleet would probably end up killing you at some point... -
I liked Zero's ending. The role to be filled by the VF-1 is made, Roy's future as a distanced womanizer is realized, while Shin and what's-her-face embark on a spiritual journey of some sort...

I can't tell you how much I love my DVR. It rocks. 372480 Yeah, VCR's just don't cut it anymore. At least, with the way my system is set up a DVR would be the only way to go, I just don't feel like paying the local cable guys any more damn money. As for Dualla and Lee-wierd, just wierd...

Ugh...Don't remind me...

Thanks for the review 'Sam. I think for $12 I can live with the cartooniness of the movie. It is a shame that the story and characters had to be watered down though; kids could certainly handle mature issues, especially if these issues are being presented in a movie...

Supposively I would be in the X-Files division. That's good. Mulder and I can go watch porn together...

Controlled spending? That still seems pretty expensive to me!

I'm just gonna' have to let the flood waters run. I'm gettin' old, so I'm starting to get health issues that need to be taken care of. Also, I'm realizing that my cars are worth more to me and need attention as well, so I'll just have to look back on the glory days when all that mattered was getting the latest Valkyrie...

It's completely incomprehensible, which erases any possibility of a good story. You'll get the gist of the story, but the details will be lost, and it's the little things that count the most...

I really don't know what to say, Seven. Quit peeling out at every green light, OK? I talk to alot of folks at my bar who are living the 2F-2F motif, and the only thing I ever hear about from them is how they beat this and that and whatever at wherever and whenever. Maybe we're all lucky in Manila-Mesa, or something...

Any of you guys revisit the Wonder Woman show with Linda Carter? I bought the first 2 seasons on dvd. As a child I couldn't have noticed how absolutely beautiful Linda Carter was as Wonder Woman. Heck, I didn't even learn until now that Linda Carter was Miss America/Universe (?) at some point. She played and looked the role perfectly. Just as Christopher Reeve was the ideal Superman, no one could ever replace Carter's Wonder Woman. -
ooooooo....The car has a black hood-call in Special Forces NOW... Seven, you're in Cali, right? With all due respect, most officers out here wouldn't know a carburetor if it fell on them, let alone a foreign car that should or should not have a turbo on it. Besides, 1 of 3 cars on the road is a F & F reject, so unless you're driving recklessly drivers are usually left alone. You're only obstacle should be the smog restrictions...

I wouldn't worry about that. I can't imagine that too many people, especially law enforcement officers, are familiar with rotary cars. I bet that you could have a nuclear bomb hooked up in there and not too many people would notice...

Eh? That conflicts with my info which is from a pretty reliable source, which says they are the Low Vis 2 & Stealth color schemes. Graham 372064 So are they the actual color schemes slated for production or not? I don't know. The completist within me that refuses to die wants to get these but I, like many of you, am not crazy about those initial photos. Maybe if I see them in other modes in different light or something. Of course, maybe we've grown tired of the VF-1 as it is...

Ladic, what about the movie did you not like?

Hmph...I had something similair happen a while back with my Charger. I had taken it to an electrician to figure out a voltage regulator problem. After they fixed the problem they wanted to make sure the charging system was working properly, so they let the car idle. And idle. And idle even more. After that, they let it idle a little bit longer. At some point, the car boiled over and they admitted as much to me when I picked up the car. They said "sorry, we forgot and left it running..."
