Well, most of us consider these days to be the golden age of Macross, but there are alot of "purists" who believe that the true golden age prevailed when Takatoku and then Bandai were the sole producers of all things Macross. I too felt cheated, as I was too young during those days to afford an imported Japanese Macross item; I had to contend with the Matchbox stuff, the jems of their line being the "Joke" Machines...

They should've put 'Prime back together, just so Galvatron could take him apart somewhere down the road...

Don't let the 1/60 scale fool you, as the VF-0 toy is LARGER than the 1/48 VF-1 toy. I'd say that the VF-0 is priced perfectly...

The Revolution could be released with Zelda, Metroid and Mario as the only games for its entire lifespan and I would still buy it. I've always considered Nintendo to be the miracle machine, capturing so many people with so little. They've done it before, and they'll do it again...

Don't let the superior animation and arguably better looking variable fighters than the original Macross series throw you off, it's a prequel to SDF: Macross, that still carries the Macross message of peace, love, song and variable-fighters with missiles and triple barreled autocannons to conquer all...

I forgot the Contra games on the PS2...

With HK subtitles I could be wrong, however I don't think that Shin is the Birdman, rather he just "took flight" and disappeared in Birdman-like fashion...

This is the best "Valkyrie" game behind the Macross title on the PS2. The VF-X series could only dream of being half as good as BattleCry...

Einhander, Gradius Gaiden, Raystorm, Scrambled Valkyrie, DRYL? and 19XX although, that's a ROM...

My second favorite mode to fighter; it's battroid that I couldn't care less for...
