Because everyone, at least most of the people on this board, are looking for a movie that's faithful to the G1 era. I'd like to see that also, but keep in mind that this movie is intended for the millions of people around the world who don't know, remember or otherwise care about what a "G1" is, or was...

I never thought I'd see the day where 1080i would no longer be king o' of the hill. Anyway, "p" is just a higher form of resolution, and you should be able to select a lower setting for your player; of course that sort of defeats the point of owning a Blu-Ray player, doesn't it?

I'm not following the Ghost or Shin toys very closely so correct me if I'm wrong, but I think you should buy the CF to get the missile accessories, then at a later date get the Ghost drone as a separate piece; this way you can have it all!

I'm curious as to the buyer demographic for the Cayenne; it seems to me that the buyer seeking a luxury marque SUV with performance in its genes would go for a 'Merc, BMW or something along those lines. Why or how do they decide on a Porsche? Porsche, at least to me, is a name that is associated with the epitome of German sports-car performance available to those that can afford it, not well-to-do soccer mom and her screaming brats. Ah well, I guess I have to be able to afford one to understand...
